We had a great time and the hotel was excellent. My wife read several reviews that mentioned concerns about cleanliness so we were nervous arriving, but it was immaculate and continued to be for our 12 night stay. The only thing I would say that wasn’t positive was that the restaurant at lobby level is not good value for money. For our family we spent $100+ On breakfast and it was lacking in quality and options for a buffet. I would not recommend. Other than that, I would highly recommend the hotel, just eat elsewhere.

The yearly event for the Penang Hawker food fair definitely worth to dine out! Is value for money as well with the good choice variety! Char Kuey Teow always the best to try out! The Mee Chang Kueh always never let us disappointed and always keep it at the standard. Prawn Mee also delicious as well. Thanks the chef for the delicious food, also great hospitality service from Marc Kee.

Strategic location & big rooms. Value for money. Guest Officers can do better to improve service as they are not attentive to customers' needs. Bathroom amenities such as bath gel & shampoo leave a lot to be desired as the quality is average.

Everything was good. Except thr carpet was a bit sticky. Great location (5minutes walking distance to paragon) Swimming pool isnt crowded. Good to chill. Services are great. Every staffs are friendly.

Our biggest grief with the hotel was the room condition and bathroom. There was mold near the air conditioning and the room smelled a bit mildewy. The shower/tub combo was very difficult to get into because the tub walls were high and the handle near the shower was not properly anchored. While the location of the hotel is pretty good and the staff were friendly, we would not stay here again.

If you are going to use the room for sleeping and shower only, it will meet your need. It does have good breakfast food, with varieties of food; international and local. Guest service is great. Hotel crews are friendly.

The service personnel are great and beds are comfortable. The room might need a of face lift and door auto lock might need upgrading as it had problems while we staying for 6 nights there. Location is perfect nearby Orchard Road.

Nice location great service just a little dated and lacks a modern bathroom and shower which is always nice after a long hot Singapore day. The location is great and staff are accommodating. The breakfast buffet can be chaotic however it’s managed very well from the floor there just a little slow in the replenish department
