Been there with my mum at November 2016. The room is (horribly) small, but at least I can do my prayer without any difficulties. Pros: - Location (especially with the DL extension opening soon, the nearest MRT station is just one stone throw away), - Cheap food nearby, - Bencoolen Mosque is just a few steps away, - Price per...

Only good thing about the hotel is its location close to orchard road, raffles etc. Very small room, only about 180 sqft including the bathroom. Not even enough space to keep your simple baggage. Construction work right next to hotel adds on negativity. Centrally controlled A/c, so you cannot actually even control temperature in your room. Really run down place....

This budget hotel which is well located in Bencoolen Street has MRT construction work at the front and at the rear a new building is being built which means from 8am-6pm noise, which is particularly unpleasant. The rooms are of average size, but could do with a refresh and update. Internet is via a access code which you have to...

We have been here since 19 nov 2016. Had booked the hotel online.when we reached here we were quite disappointed to see the hotel being just opposite a road construction site. We even thought of checking into another hotel. But as it was quite late and we were tired we took the risk of staying at Bencoolen hotel but finally...

Stayed at this hotel and booked through Hotels.com. Upon arrival they said my hotels.com booking was not paid for. Having been on an 8 hour flight and without the full confirmation paperwork I did not argue and paid via credit card. Upon return to sydney I found out that I had pre-paid, kindly requested via Hotels.com to return duplicate payment...

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Our room # 901 wa bigger than our friends who had room 909. It had a vanity and a night table between the single beds which our friends did not have. I would not have been as happy with their room but reviewing our it was very good. The small whirlpool pool on the second...

If you're looking for hotel near Orchard area and also Bugis, less than 10 minutes walking... This Hotel will suit your needed... The price is also affordable regarding the location. Friendly staff especially doorman Near MRT Station (Bras Basah and new station Bencoolen-building on progress) There's a food court (food republic) at the corner of opposite building.

Service is good, especially Paci at the lobby, he gave us a lot of information. Just one thing thats not so satisfied, the hot shower didn't work. The location was good, very near with the Bras Basah Mrt Station, just need to walk within 5min, also a lot of restaurants and cafe.

The room is quite OK, a bit smelly. Since there is a construction job, a bit noisy. Our taxi driver had to go round 3 times to find the entrance, because of the construction job. The concierge is very nice and giving a lot of useful information. Location is good. Very near to bus & MRT station. The Wi-fi is...

The room is nice, not so big but not so small. There is a shower, jacuzzi, spa pool, and breakfast ( for some room it's free ). The location is near bugis ( 5 min walking ), orchard ( 6-7 min walking), little india ( 10 min walking ), and chinatown ( 15 min walking). The manager and the staff...
