Ideal oalce for small group. Near to mrt stions. Helpfull staff. Little bit small roons and wash rooms. But okay for small group who seek for budget rooms. U can buy attrctions tickets also. 😀😄🙂😃🤨🙃🧐😄🤨😂🤨😉😏🤩😗😫🙃
I would give this place a negative rating if I had the option. a summary: -first and foremost, extremely hostile manager by the name of Melvin. I’d give most of the awfulness of this hotel to his credit -awfully smelly mildewed room that kept me up coughing most of the night -air conditioner that didn’t work. the heat and stuffiness kept my friend up most of the night -unhelpful and poorly trained front desk staff -do not expect helpful directions from front desk staff. We were given very vague, and what turned out to be, incorrect directions to a nearby laundromat (as the laundry service at the hotel does not include drying) -when we asked to get two fresh coffee cups that came with the room, we were told to “wash them yourself”. Later we saw that the cleaning staff would just…
This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and the maintenance is lacking. The walls are stained, bed is lumpy, towels threadbare thin. The rooms feels dirty, a far cry of what it used to be. Last time staying here.
Location is not too bad. City square mall within walking distance. Loved the hotel corridor leading up to your individual room. Room was spacious enough. It felt a bit damp though. Bed was comfy. Toilet was big. Having airport shuttle just for 9$ helps you save some cash. I think I would stay here again if the price stays within range during my next visit.
Upon, was turned by this guy at the counter who checked us in. No smile, no greeting. Talk in monotone . I dont owe him money for god sake. Was allocated a lousy room on the second floor with a room facing room. Super noisy throughout the whole stay. The traffic- the cars driving passed. The mini bar fridge is super digusting. It has strong durian smell whenever i opened it. The fridge is already rusty on the outer surface. Bathroom was yellowish and airconditioning was turned to 16 degrees yet its not even cooling throughout my stay. Disappointing stay
