The room is decent sized (can't expect 5* size for the price we paid) but clean with all basics provided (including but limited to internet, tv, clean towels, complimentary bottles of drinking water, tea, coffee etc), bathroom is spacious, clean & functional, only setback would be the noisy aircon. Ferrer Park MRT Station is within 5-10 mins walking distance, 7-11...

Basic hotel with A/C, TV, fridge, and teapot . Stayed here with family. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early. Opposite to the hotel is a food court. The metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance, and there is a bus stop right in front. Being on a busy street, windows cannot be kept open...

I stayed in an executive queen room, which was comfortable enough. The room was a bit old and tired and the street noise was loud if that bothers you, but air con was good and bed was comfy. The hotel has a funky vibe with old world charm, a nice cafe next to reception and there's a couple of craft...

Stayed here in April 2016 for 6 nights which cost SGD525 in total (about SGD85/night). I had the room with "window" facing the street. Overall I would not stay here again as I think there are better hotels in this price range. Pros: - The reception area has a cool retro/vintage look. - The room is clean and the chambermaid...

Have been coming back to this hotel since its opened on 2012. This has been our regular choice for our regular visits to Singapore. We have booked the Executive Queen room as per usual. The night we got our key and checked in , we were greeted by a strong horrid sewage smell as we entered the room. Went back...

I stay at this hotel for 2 days. Surrounding of the hotel was just fine, 7 e just opposite of the hotel and many restaurants near the hotel. The room not too big but it was comfortable. The receptionist was so friendly and help us to booked taxi while our flight very early in the morning. Cons: far from mrt...

Kam Leng is a budget hotel, so there are not a lot of bells and whistles. Yes, the rooms are small - very small - but you get what you pay for, right? I paid around $70 per night. If I'd paid $170 I'd be asking for my money back - but what you get is pretty good for $70....

Conveniently located and close to many eateries, pubs. Walking distance to the MRT (Farer Park). About a 10 minutes walk to Mustafa Shopping Center. The room is spacious with necessary amenities, and the bathrooms are clean. There is accessibility to the rooms via an elevator, which is helpful with the luggage.

The room where we stayed was nice, clean and even it's not too spacious but it's comfortable enough for me and my husband.. The lady who is cleaning our room at second floor is very nice and friendly. The location is very good also. We can find 24 hours hawkers around the neighbourhood, and 7eleven just across the road. It...

Great budget hotel, with all necessities. On the main Jalan Besar Road, has a bus stop, 7/11 and a food court right opposite to the hotel. Hotel breakfast was quite ok. The room service people were awesome and friendly. The reception was very helpful in accommodating early check-in and late check-out.

Thank SunnyPhilip
