We stayed for 10 nights at studio room, the place was very convinient and cozy for us, very clean, and quiet ,so perfect place for my recovery post surgery. Strategic place at orchard road near malls, mrt, supermarket. All the staff were very helpfull too. We will definetly gonna be back again😊👍

I have enjoyed my stay which will end on the 11th of November the apartment met my requirements the see I e was very good and the reception staff Wes excellent. For me the only thing I would have liked was a bigger selection of tv Chanel’s although I must admit I enjoyed not putting on the tv for entertainment. I will stay here again on my next visit and would happily recommend Orchard Point Serviced Apartments to friends and colleagues.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Place is well maintained. Toiletries were provided. Location is very convenient for eating and shopping and transport. Price is reasonable. I was quite happy staying at OPSA.

Stayed in the studio apartment with my wife and 5 yr old kid. Very good service by the management and they had stocked enough items including bed linen, garbage bags for the whole SHN stay since no one else allowed to enter the room and we cannot go out.
Lots of food options available nearby as this apartment is located in Orchard road. Price is little high but you will not regret.
P.S - They provide rice cooker too so you can prepare a light meal for yourself.

We stayed 6 nights here and it was wonderful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and tidy, showing a little age, however we thought it was value for money. The facilities included a gym and pool, Washer/Dryer in the Kitchen along with stove top and microwave, plus lounge and dining table. The second bedroom had an ensuite and the main had the bathroom right out the door.
It was right around the corner from several shopping facilities, the Singapore Visitor Centre and the Somerset MRT station. It was also on the Hop On Hop Off bus route, so between the two it made getting around a breeze.
It was right behind a food dining area on Cuppage Road, but you wouldn't know it, as the area was quiet. There was also loads of places to eat at the shopping centre's as well so you had choice withing a few hundred metres.
Cost of a taxi for 3 of us from the Airport to the Apartments was $21-$25 Singapore Dollars which I thought was good. You can catch the MRT also to the airport but it would take a lot longer and for a family of 3 it wouldn't be much cheaper.
The staff were helpful and responsive to any queries. I would recommend staying there if you didn't want to pay huge motel costs just for a place to lie down and needed something for a family.

In short it was not pleasant stay, in a spacious suite with old furnitures surrounded by noises. We could not sleep because of noises and lights. We had booked 14 nights, but moved out after the first night as we could not meet our family member travelling to Singapore from the USA, due to the last minute change in travel restrictions by Singapore government. We asked for partial refund as we spent just one night, but were refused. Without compassion and empathy as well as friendly environment the apartments will no longer be my recommendation list. Penny wise, Pound foolish!

We felt like home and the environment was excellent. All the facilities were given, and cleanliness was superb. The staff were very friendly and especially the receptionist was indeed helpful to our request. The security was good but they were little hesitant in handing the luggage. The furniture in the room was very placed.

Myself and 2 friends stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for a week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean with separate lounge and separate dining room. Good fridge and equiped kitchen made it easy to dine in. It is located in the middle of the shopping precinct, with buses outside and the MRT one minute walk away. Pool is brilliant to cool off in at the end of the day. For those extra picky: the rooms are a little tired but for me, I was more than happy to have such a comfy, air conditioned and spacious place to stay.

Michael, Mardy and Kath are very accomodating in all what we need in the serviced apartment.
Be it for cleanliness and comfort purposes or even listen to our struggle of keep extending due to alot of unexpected hurdles during our renovation period.
Not only that, very generous in providing toiletries and excellent cleaning service.
It is a one stop stay that is convenient to find food and our necessity. A step away to Orchard street and malls that I love to visit.
I definitely will come back for the genuine, friendly services and their professionalism.

Hi, breakfast is standard and is a basic continental breakfast with tea, coffee, toast, and cereals etc. The 2 bedroom apartment I stayed in had an ensuite to the main bedroom and a second bathroom opposite the second bedroom next to the lounge.
