The room is very huge, cozy, convenient and near business centers and the airport.
Mr. MAS and Mr. Leslie was very warm, courteous and helpful. They have extended an extra mile to assist us during our stay. If it weren’t for them. It would be hard for us.
The room cleaners especially the one on duty around 11am the slim guy with fair complexion has been very helpful too. I appreciate these staffs.

We arrived from airport in the evening and had to pay for two nights as our flight was leaving at midnight the following day - they don't have half day rates which would be good for a hotel near airport. We stayed in studio superior room. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable enough, nothing really special but fine. The location is handy to the airport on the metro but then not near the city or anything if you are wanting to spend time in Singapore. The mall near the hotel is not great but now there is the Jewel Mall anyway at Changi airport which has lots of things. The price was OK for Singapore in July, but then was a lot more in August - so we stayed elsewhere in August. We might stay here again for an overnight stay depending on price and timing, as the hotels right at the airport are much more expensive and this hotel was fine.

Friendly staff, Good service. it is very close to airport. The room is pretty big. It clean room clean and neat. There is mini kitchen could cooking simple things, all the plates and bowls inside the drawers. There is Big swimming pool there. kid loves it.

Booked a Dorsett room with king bed. At check-in, was flatly told by the lady at the front desk that there were no king rooms available. If rooms are run-of-house, Dorsett should make it clear and not mislead, even if it’s on a third party website. And the attitude of the staff could be more empathetic. A sincere “sorry” would have been welcome instead of “you can go and take it up with the third party site”. Poor experience with Dorsett. Do not waste your money and time here. They don’t care for their customers.

We booked an overnight stay after a very long 24hr flight. Aria was most welcoming and helpful host. Our family's stay was a stint but we felt energized & refreshed after a comfortable night's rest. The hotel location is great. We appreciated closeness to the train system & Changi City Mall. We will definitely consider this as our home in Singapore & hope to be back some time.

All staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Saifulnizam. They did their best for the guests. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, expo, and metro station. We stayed for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The name has been changed recently, but the quality of service remains excellent.

Arrived before check in time and was given an early check in. Friendly staff at reception and bell counter. Understood that they just opened up the hotel and shortage of staff. However, received warm welcome from each one of them who assisted me with direction and information. Well connected with mall besides and MRT. Very convenient.

Great hotel, which is close to Changi airport, 10-15 min. by taxi. I loved the breakfast, mostly Asian options, but also bread option.
Comfy, large bed and spacious bathroom.

Yes they do, next to the lift lobbies on certain floors.
The TV do have the mechanical arm that can be pull out gently. You may manually face the TV towards your bed or the sofa, based on your personal preference.
Sorry, suggest that you contact hotel directly and find out in detail.
Yes they do have baby cribs, I had it before. But that was 4 years back. Charge or complimentary depends on the availability and also how it was conveyed to them? Be nice and it might be complimentary. Demand for it then good luck to you.
