Very bad service hotel. Not recommend anyone to stay here. You will feel you beg front desk to stay in the hotel while you are guest of the hotel. Front desk will make you feel really terrible and scold to you. We asked one Indian front desk to get our bag, he act very rude to us. He acted like he’s the owner of the hotel and we have to beg them. Pay a bit more and stay at other hotel would be better. We will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if you don’t have a nightmare here.

Very convenient location with many food outlets to choose from, Travel North cross the canal to reach Toa Payoh Travel East along river to Whampo Hawker Centre Travel West for Theme Food ... Thai, Western, Chinese, etc.

The hotel is very clean and provides way more services than any days hotel in the United States. The front desk is like having a concierge. They’ll help you with taxis and buses. There is a McDonald’s close by as well as a food court and a grocery store right on the same property. The restaurant is very expensive in the hotel. The only problem we encountered was trying to get hot water in the shower. You need to reduce the water pressure and let it run for quite a while to get warm water. It is warm enough to take a shower. The room is very clean and the sheets and the beds are very clean and comfortable.

Great service all staff just need to ask about changing your sheets do not do all the time but the view was great from my room city bed was comfortable great location easy to get around Singapore walking distance to everything shops are very close

The stay was for 2 nights with my family. Overall it was an awesome feel as the hotel service and staff were great. Days will be like a 5 star if only they have swimming pool and also bigger rooms. But for now Days Hotel is as good as 5 star. Am satisfied with the hotel. Just a little issue was the smell of the bedsheet and comforter. It was nice n fresh smelling. Will definitely return for more stays.

Th staff are kind and courteous at all times and very helpful. On this occasion Bob the security gentleman and Lina from the Concierge Desk went way beyond their duties to help us with uploading COVID-19 results on line to satisfy our country of destination’s requirements. Such champions!!. We would have been utterly distraught if they did not come to our rescue and the consequences would have been dire. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their kindness and perseverance. We highly recommend this hotel in Singapore as we’ve been here twice before.

I could barely sleep due to the the next door guess I could hear what were they talking about and it's not a wall it's more of a diverted then a wall the venting system was very warm could barely sleep through my 3 days stay at the hotel

Very conveniently and centrally located with ease of travelling via public transport. Lots of choices of HALAL eateries within short walking distance from the hotel, and especially at the hotel itself because it has its own halal kitchen with superb, tasty foods available. The rooms are superbly clean and quiet in the evenings; all basic amenities required are made available. Great stay definitely!

I have stayed here for 10 nights and will stay another two more weeks. The moment I gave them a Four stars is because this hotel has a wonderful car park. I will give this hotel a different remarks for its general service when we finish our whole stay. Parking here is free but you can go out only once for free. Unlike many other hotels once your car reg is scanned in you can drive in anytime and as many time as possible for free. First time stay. The hotel standard is there with the price and there is gym facilities. May consider to stay there again if needed as the location is also very convenient and there are a few shopping malls around the hotel.
