I have booked this room from Agoda on Nov 7, booking ID 813663209 and have received confirmation on it. The hotel cancelled in on last minute upon my arrival stated that the hotel is fully booked which left me (a 72 year old guy with heart condition) stranded. They did it without any remorse. This is an act of negligence from Wyndham Hotel. I have tried to use your Website Contact Us , but to date no one from your hotel has responded.

We have done a thorough check in the OTA backend booking system on the booking ID that you have provided and it also yielded a negative result. We would like to emphasize that our hotel will not cancel any booking without notification to our 3rd party partner. hotel nearby novena area, and at balistier road which have the best durian area. The room quite small but very clean, medium size bed, great international tv channel, got 2 bottle of water, even you can ask for more. oh ya the shower gel smell so good and fresh, so we don’t need to used our’s 😁

Check in was long. No space to sit. Big crowds. Must be 300+ rooms. Staff seem stressed. Too is boxy & small, generic. The most sorriest room you capfuls ever see for $300.00 a night. You can hear the neighbours going inside. Nearest MRT station is a 16 mins walk. Far from everything. Not a good location for taxis. You can do better.

We are disappointed that your overall experience was not all that could have been, and sincerely apologise for the long wait during check-in. We have noted and shared your feedback with our front office team. However, we would like to share that our front office team provided a complimentary early check-in for both rooms, understanding that it must have been tiring after travelling to Singapore. Our room at 18 sqm is comparable, if not larger than other 3-star hotels in Singapore. We would like to assure you that we are competitively priced against other hotels in Singapore. Although we are at the outskirts of the city, we are fortunate to be located along the Balestier stretch which boosts much culture, history and famous local food. We are approximately 10mins walk away from the nearest Novena MRT Station. Alternatively, there are many bus options around the hotels that go to popular tourist attractions and shopping areas. For future stay, do feel free to approach our front desk associate should you need assistance to book a taxi and they would be glad to assist. The hotel is clean with a HALAL certified restaurant . Rooms are small but clean . There are some more eating place nearby , No MRT closer to hotel , but buses are there. A small park is there beside the hotel.

Expect clean rooms and friendly staff with a good breakfast spread. Days Hotel is centrally located being minutes away from Orchard Road and convenient enough for Taxi and Grab to reach within minutes on booking. The biggest plus point is Zhong Shan mall right beside it where there's a pharmacy, Fair Price, Subway, Toast Box and other good eateries, salons etc right within it.

For business travelers, the absence of a business center in Days Hotel is a drawback, particularly for those who have a late flight and need a place to be productive. A suggestion from Reception (thank you, Mr. Ganesh) is to use the one located next door in Ramada hotel. Another benefit of the location is the direct access to Zhongshan mall. Not only a decent food court but also a mid-range Fair price supermarket. Finally, the hotel is within walking distance (4 min.) from the Balester food court, where you can eat 2 vegs + 1 meat + rice for less than SGD 4.

the staffs are friendly, helpful and quick response..The location is good.There are alot of restaurants around the hotel,besides supermarket and..drug store. Check in and check out time are very easy/very quick. The hotel are clean and safety and healthy enough. I will come again if I visit to Singapore.

The hotel is 12 min from Novena MRT by walk, there are good places to eat at the Zhongshan Mall next to the hotel, helpful staff. I didn’t use the hotel amenities, overall I had a comfortable stay. :)
