Absolutely gorgeous hotel, a complete oasis in the middle of the city. so much foliage and so green, pools and calming zen vibes. A completely unique property! The staff - from concierge to front desk to bar staff - were all so lovely, friendly, charming and incredibly helpful. The rooms were a very good size and more importantly, very well designed, with thoughtful storage and clever use of the space. The rooms are also very simple, with a very 'zen' styling. Nice use of technology in the rooms with powered blinds, clever lighting, etc. was a nice touch as well. Extremely comfortable beds as well! What a delightful place to stay - and we will most certainly be back again when in Singapore!

Hotel service is top notch. Brent provided us with superb bellboy service. Will come back again. One of the best hotels I have been. Breakfast has a wide range of selections. Servers are friendly keeping my daughter happy.

Great hotel. for business purpose and also with family. Easy access to city attractions and airport. Fantastic hospitality by hotel staff. Especially TESSA. I had 2 night booking but they arrange complimentary breakfast on my early check in request. Amazing. I would love to go this hotel once again.

TLDR - I am so thankful to have chosen Parkroyal Pickering as my wedding venue! I first picked Parkroyal Pickering because of the high ceiling for the smaller ballroom and I have attended weddings there before so I know the food is good. The service that followed was a truly pleasant surprise! I can’t express how thankful I am to have Felinda as my wedding coordinator! From the details shared in our 100+ emails exchanged to meeting up in person, my husband and I must have been bugging her for almost a year since we booked the banquet. It was also my first time having an email thread that is more than 100 emails long. Words can’t describe how thankful I feel towards her for all the prompt replies and her impressive ability and remembering the requests we made (as I believe every couple is probably like us) yet she was able to remember our conversation history - it also shows that she has good management skills! It was also really nice to see her around to help out on our actual day as she has played an extremely important role to make sure the part at the hotel goes smoothly! Thank you for fulfilling all our requests too!! Also, a big shoutout to the best banquet manager Jason too! He was really professional and on-the-ball throughout the whole banquet. He even taught us how we should hold onto my dress and march in so that my husband won’t step on my dress. The dinner went really smoothly too. Jason and his team also ensure that we are looked after well during the banquet such as trying to match the time we can sit down to eat and coordinating with my emcee on when to serve the next course. Even my bridal clan were praising him and said he’s the best banquet manager they have seen at weddings! Truly happy and blessed that we chose Parkroyal Pickering to hold our wedding even though we held a small wedding! Thank you both Felinda and Jason for ensuring our wedding is a huge success!! P.S We also enjoyed our stay in the bridal suite a lot!!…

My partner and I held our wedding banquet at ParkRoyal Pickering and I had the most wonderful time planning the entire event with Felinda Yeoh! She was truly a gem to work with, advising me on the planning structure and the minute details. Jason Lim was our banquet manager for the night and he helped our event flow smoothly from start to end. He even offered tips on what to do and how to walk with a bulky dress; extremely attentive to the smallest of details so that we could fully enjoy the banquet with our guests. The dinner was sumptuous and the ballroom decorations were gorgeous. I would highly recommend enquiring for events to be held at ParkRoyal Pickering should the opportunity arise.
