I arrived earlier than expected but my room was ready anyway. As I was returning home from a long stay in Asia I had a lot of luggage which Irysha helped take to my room. The friendly service provided by this young lady was exemplary. She was always willing to help and provide answers to any questions asked. My room was comfortable and clean. This was my first stay in a loft room, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was provided at The Great Madras (about 20 metres down the road). There was not a large selection of food but it was fresh and plentiful. This hotel is also very close to the Rochor MRT station. Getting around Singapore is easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
My partner and I were so excited to stay at this place since the photos looked so nice. But unfortunately, we walk into this tiny little space where there’s no room to even open up your suitcase. Everything’s dusty, yellow- stained pillow by the wall, room temperature set to 32 degrees and pool area covered in pigeons and their faeces. It is not what we expected at all. Not worth the money we paid for, it’s frustrating that they don’t do refunds. The budget hotel we stayed at prior to this was a lot nicer, cleaner and cheaper.
We booked 3 nights at this hotel in little India Singapore. Everything was good here. Rooms were great, location is wonderful, staff was awesome, too. Breakfast was good. The pool is at the rooftop and was ok so far. Around this area in little India there is a lot to go out to like restaurants and bars. Underground station is only 5 minutes away by feet. We enjoyed our stay here
I wanted to highlight the insensitive, in-compassionate and greedy attitude of hotel management towards its customers. I had booked The Daulat hotel almost 3 months in advance by paying full amount for my stay for 7 days starting 21-Sep. On the day of travel and at the airport my child had very high fever(105 degrees), shivering and seizures. With the help airline staff at the airport I had to shift my kid to airport hospital. Eventually, I had to cancel my trip on doctor's advise leading to cancellation of my trip on medical emergency grounds. I had requested the hotel to refund (either partially or fully) or at least reschedule my reservation. But the hotel management vehemently denied and mentioned as per policy I had to forego the complete booking amount. I am very…
This hotel is NOT 4 star at all. Its a 2 star hotel! Hotel room is very small and dirty. Cold water doesn work. You cannot controle the airconditioning. Breakfast was terrible! Not worth to stay at this hotel at all. Its a waste of money! Dont trust the beautiful pictures they put online. Bathroom is dirthy!
