Originally booked a week here back in 2019 before Covid hit. Finally made it here in 2022 and so glad we kept rolling the dates over. Stayed here with my husband and teenage son. Has everything you could need. Beautiful view from the enormous windows - we were at the back so very quiet also. Our room was on the 5th floor which was just along from the gym which was great and roof top pools and jacuzzis. We all loved the jacuzzi - each of the 4 had a different temp and open till 11pm so we often had a relax at night looking at the nightime scene. Location couldn't be better and so handy to be a few minutes from the MRT. Staying here enhanced a fabulous week in Singapore and we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic central location right next to Clarke Quay which is a great location for bars and restaurants plus you can catch the riverboat cruise to the marina which was really good. Situated above a shopping centre and the MRT the apartments felt private and even had access to an outside area with fantastic city views plus pools to chill out round. Apartment was super clean and had all the facilities we needed for a short break in Singapore. Direct contact with the office was very quick, we had to rearrange our trip three times due to Covid restrictions and they happily moved our dates. Great place and would highly recommend.

We had booked non-refundable accommodation at this hotel for October 2020. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to fly to Singapore as flights from Australia are all cancelled until 2021. I have lost my job due to COVID-19 and we can no longer afford to fly to Singapore or anywhere overseas in the next 2-3 years and all they are offering is to book alternative dates (within next 12 months) which, again, we cannot afford to fly overseas. The other Singapore hotels we had booked around that time were so kind and understanding and gave full refunds despite them also being “non-refundable”. I realise that it was non-refundable but we did not "just change our mind", with Covid-19 in full swing world-wide, this is extremely poor form from a "reputable establishment that prides itself on customer service". This situation is unprecedented and possessing an understanding and empathetic attitude at this terrible is key to a continued successful business.

This is a beautiful property with amazing river view. Very peaceful. Ideally located with shopping mall on the lower floors. The MRT is right below the building. Starbucks, subway and lot of other eating joints around the place. Ideal place to stay if you want to be in a peaceful environment. The management is very polite and courteous too.

Cannot fault anything about the premises, the apartment was everything we needed. Perfect location, services were excellent (there's a big pool and Jacuzzi on the property), the room amenities were more than sufficient and the host/manger was really friendly and helpful. The residences are in a shopping complex and across from the night life (though you won't hear a sound). Will definitely be back here

The loft apartment we had for our stay in Singapore was in an excellent location for going out to dinner and drinks - right on Clarke Quay, and the MRT station was right next to the building. Chinatown was within an easy stroll too. The apartment itself was large with plenty of space in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Joshua was an excellent host - he was very helpful and accommodating.

It's an unusual setup - some residential apartments mixed in with offices, in what is primarily an office block but it works wonderfully well. Our apartment was light, clean, spacious and quiet. The facilities are superb ( gym, pools, sun terrace etc.). The best plus point, however has to be the location - right over the top of Clarke Quay metro station - right on the river and an easy walk to dozens of eateries. In addition, a big thank you to the manager (Joshua?) who was extremely helpful storing our luggage following our (very) early arrival. Next time we're in Singapore we'll definitely be back here.

3rd time in Singapore, last two, we only have two kids, but now we have three, I mer a big problem that many hotels cannot accept us in one room. During day time, we are out for there are so many attraction in Singapore, I want to find a reasonable, clean accomodation. I Searched tripadvisor so hard, I finally found this is the best, with cooking facillity, laundry macine, big TV, location!!, price! Ofcourse there is some negatives in this facillity, bathroom is too small, kichenette is dirty-we wash first and we use our own cooking pot-, sofabed is not so comfort, room cleaning is done only 2 times a week, and minimum rental period is 7days. But room is huge-actually it is an office rather room I think-, and they offer an extra sofa bed, we really enjoy our stay. And Quinnie(? I cannot remember her name exactlly, sorry^^;) is really helpful to solve our requests. When our 4th visit, I want to stay there again and recommend to any family traveler like us.

My wife and I were in Singapore September 2017 and booked Cayden for about 2 weeks. Let the residence know your flight number and your arrival time, you have to be picked up by their designated driver otherwise you have no chance of finding the office! We were picked by by the driver and was immediately taken to the apartment on the 11th floor. A one room apartment with really really high ceiling. The kitchen was small but had everything (even a Nespresso machine), fridge, wash machine/dryer combo, Bathroom was small with no buster, but the view from the window down was really breath taking. We were looking directly at Clark Quay. The apartment is directly inside a shopping center so food, beverages even doctors are inside. You could take the light directly down to the hawker center where a there is a large variety of food available, Beside the bustop is a Cheers 24hr market and you can take a walk, about 300 meters towards Chinatown you could go to cold storage supermarket. Opposite from the MRT you could go for 24hr Indian food and could have really cheap and delicious chicken rice directly after the overhead bridge. Best about the apartment, the MRT central and you could take the lift to the basement walk a few meters and your there, no hassle with the weather! There are 6 pools altogether, 4 whirlpool, one pool with massage function, a smaller pool to cool off and another large sized pool where you can do your laps, Fitness center is okay and the water cooler are free. At night it could be quite loud because Clark Quay is nearby but hey go down there for a drink and you 'll not be bothered by it. Chinatown is a stones throw away and really the location is really great! Would go back there again next time!

Right from outset, this was a perfect spot to stay in terms of location and cost. The room was huge. The facilities were about 4 Star with is fine with me. The best thing of all was that it was located right on top of the MRT and with a short walk of all the great stuff around Clarke Quay. I will definitely be staying again.
