I chose to stay at Wilby Central because I wanted comfort, space and convenience for the 16 night stay in what was an emotionally difficult time in my life, the latter being the reason this review has been a long time coming. Wilby ticked all my boxes.
The added bonus was the awesome staff, particularly the gang at the front desk, cannot praise them enough. They were always welcoming and helpful, they were more like friends by the end of my stay, helping me through some of my emotional moments. Thank you.
The bed was great, I slept well! I had the desk and storage space I wanted so I could spread out my stuff without tripping over it. For the times I wanted to watch TV, I had comfy chairs to sit back and relax in without the TV being in my face. The washing machine and drying made my laundry easy. Whilst the apartment had good cooking facilities, I never intended to cook there when Singapore has such glorious cuisine and dining options never far away and I was out with friends and relatives a lot of the time.
The Gym looked good, I intended to use it but my health let me down. While in Singapore, I normally dine out for all meals, Singapore has so much to offer. From the few times I checked out the free breakfast, I would rate it OK, some days better than others.
The location is great - Bugis+, Bugis Junction (including Cold Storage supermarket for supplies) and Bugis MRT a short walk away, Albert Centre and a couple of others handy for some real Singaporean food and more MRT lines, dining options and shopping within easy walking distance.
I've been to Singapore numerous times and stayed in many places though mostly just needing a bed, a shower and somewhere to leave my clothes. This time was different, I wanted a bit more because I knew I'd be spending more time there. I'm glad I chose Wilby Central Apartments and would do so again.

I stayed here during march 16th till april 16th at room 0903. This was my first stop before moving to Singapore permanently. The location of the propery is in a very short distance to any amenity you could possibly want!
I was pleasantly surprised with the level and care of all the staff at Wilby in particular the house keeping staff. Valliammah was very flexible around my “WFH” schedule due to the Covid situation and made sure my place was sparkling clean daily. She really went above and beyond! The room’s also have some pretty innovative Japanese solutions to drying clothes and a huge desk area.
I had a great time at the Wilby and it definitely set the tone for my time here in Singapore even with all that is going on. They kept the premises extremely hygenic and increased measures accordingly with how the situation evolved. Would like to say thank you to all the staff for making my stay a wonderful one.

Location – One of the best spots to experience Singapore. The apartments are strategically located in the Core Key Region bundled with various amenities, near to prominent schools, exceptional connectivity to MRT and bus stops. A very peaceful and serene environment. Shopping spots in the vicinity to get essential supplies and take away food.
We have stayed (a family of 5, including 2 senior citizens) in a 3-bedroom apartment and it was a wonderful experience. Though we were only 5 of us but the apartment was sufficient for 6 to 8 people.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and was equipped with all required amenities like big Kitchen (with utensils for all forms of cooking, gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster etc.), washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, large TV’s in 3 rooms, Bose speakers, massage chair, work table in every room with mood lighting lamps, air Ionizer etc. Every bedroom was stylishly decorated with matching curtains, cupboards, carpets and paintings.
The gym and sauna facilities are clean and well maintained and you can access the swimming pool at all times.
Our elderly parents enjoyed the view from the huge balcony everyday. There was a breakfast buffet during weekdays consisting of continental spread.
I would specially like to thank Lynette for helping us in booking the apartment, excellent coordination and prompt response all the time which helped us in taking the decision at the last moment (due to coronavirus issues).
We hope to come back soon. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. It is home away from home

During a difficult time, Wilby Residence was always extremely clean and hygienic and always assisted us and made us feel welcome with our baby. Our room maid Glori was always very flexible and represented all that is great at Wilby, she deserves praise for just doing her job. Wilby is central - but quiet! - has a fast breakfast facility and lounge area and is close to key shopping malls of Raffles City and Bugis. There is an abundance of food courts, supermarkets and low cost but excellent eateries and for bars and more restaurants Chijmes is very close. Perfect all round experience!

I have, from time to time, cause to visit Singapore for business. I guess in common with most people on working trips the accommodation used is very important to the working atmosphere of the trip and ultimately its success. On all previous trips I have availed myself of the many and varied hotels on offer in Singapore. It being Singapore all were perfectly fine and efficiently run, but hotels none the less. On this particular trip I needed to do quite a large amount of work in my accommodation as I was working on other projects back in the UK. Consequently I wanted to find something that was more than just ‘another hotel room’. I wanted a place that had a little more character and space to work. Then I found Wilby Residences [Central]....What I had found was the perfect solution to my business needs, in effect, a well-equipped and conveniently located small apartment. A place perfectly suited to working and relaxing. Being from the UK I am completely addicted to BBC radio and being of a ‘certain age’ have my routines, one significant part of which means listening to my favourite programmes on the various BBC radio channels. This self-indulgence was perfectly catered for at Wilby as the Wi-Fi connection was faultless throughout my stay and meant I could work whilst listening. A real home from home. Reflecting on my stay I could not think of a single aspect of the entire stay that was not faultless. I would like to mention the buffet breakfast offered each week day. It was a very varied selection and encompassed breakfast offerings from, quite literally, all over the world. I really was taken aback one morning to find the French snack croque monsieur on offer. To complete the pleasant breakfast experience the staff in attendance could not have been more friendly, efficient and helpful. One final thing before finishing I feel I must mention was the quality of the night porting staff on duty the night I arrived. I had known that I would be arriving quite late but as is often the case on ‘work trips’ work related matters had to be attended to before checking in. These matters took considerably longer than expected and this meant I arrived very late. However after explaining to the nigh porters they took care within minutes of the paper work and 10 minutes after arriving I was comfortably ensconced and relaxing in my apartment. I honestly could not recommend Wilby Residences [Central] highly enough.

Review for Wilby Bukit Timah - I stayed here for 5 months in their one-bedroom apartment and it was a great stay! Very spacious and convenient. They also provide a hotel kettle, rice cooker, toaster and bidet upon request. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Even during the lockdown, the services were great. Breakfast is provided during the weekdays except for public holidays. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, very calming to go on walks in the evenings. Further, I had to leave to the airport at 4.30 am. The management was very considerate to do my inventory check out on the day before and provided me with transport to the airport too! Highly recommend! Minimum stay is 7 days.

We stayed for 10 months in Wilby Residence at Wilby Road 25 in Bukit Timah area. It was perfect for us before our container arrives in Singapore. The apartments are very spacious and the staff are genuinely nice people, the front office was helping me with anything I need, such as printing, scanning documents, receiving deliveries, carrying stuff to my apartment; the cleaning lady and breakfast staff are very friendly. We have also used the BBQ facilities a couple of times next to the swimming pool so it was perfect arrangement when you have visitors. The rent term is very flexible, you can extend your stay monthly or daily. It is a good value stay since the rent is quite reasonable for being in Singapore

I stayed here for a month, and couldn't recommend a better location for anyone visiting Singapore. The rooms are large and spacious, with any amenity that you could need, there are cleaners who stop in a few times a week, and there's a front desk that helps with any deliveries and anything else you could possibly imagine.
Rooms are very well equip with washing machines, stoves, basic cutlery, fridge, microwave, and comfortable AC.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bugis Junction, with close proximity to Bencoolen, Bras Basah, and Bugis metro stops, multiple local bus stops, and several different mall options for things to do and places to eat.
Incredibly pleased with the quality and the value of my stay.

5 Stars is not enough, If I could give 5X2, I would.
I stayed for my 10 days mandatory SHN at Wilby Central from 15 Jan to 25 Jan 2022. They never asked for deposit or reservation fee for SHN stay. The unit have well-equipped Kitchenette with cooking utensils and washing machine. The hotel room was clean, nice and very spacious. The bed is huge, pillows are very comfortable and 2 windows is a game changer for SHN. Upon arrival, I noticed a small basket of snacks and a welcome note. The staff were over and beyond to help my SHN comfortable and enjoyable especially Ms. Jasmine Tiah. She is very helpful from the very start of my query regarding SHN accomodation. She replied promptly via email or WhatsApp. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The food is always on time and taste great. I love the room lighting, the ionizer and the bathroom aminities.They also provided low-suds detergent for washing laundry, dishwashing soap and new dishwashing pad, very clean linen & towels. I highly recommended Wilby Central and I would not hesitate to stay here again for another SHN. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. Thank you very much Wilby Central ❤️

Staffs are very flexible and nice. Breakfas is OK and nice location to travel around, also convenient to commute center area. Shower pressure is acceptable, and there is so called washlet attached to toilet, which is so rare here in Singapore.

It is long enough, but the shallow end is pretty shallow, about 1 meter and maybe a little less. I found myself bumping against the bottom at the shallow end. If you are a "gentle" swimmer, you should be OK.
