We stayed at Wilby Central for 5 weeks while our house is under renovation. Location: Excellent Amenities: Superb Room: Spacious and complete for a comfortable extended stay Value for money!
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Jasmine attended to all our queries promptly and even showed us the room before we checked in to make sure we are ok with the room. Wilby Central is in the heart of Bugis with access to 3 MRT lines. It is super convenient to find food and other essentials with malls just a short walk away. It is surrounded by churches and I find the sound of the church bells comforting (but not all might feel this way at 7plus in the morning). Even though the area is in central CBD, Queen street is relatively quiet. We didn't hear traffic or crowd noises in our room except during the Singapore Night Festival. Our room is spacious with lots of storage. It has full kitchen and modern amenities. I brought my own Nespresso so I did not ask for coffee machine. The bed was comfortable but would prefer firmer pillows. We really liked that the window in the room can be opened to allow for good ventilation during the day. We were provided a fan in the room which was sufficient and kept the room cool during the day. Toilet was modern, similar to those in Japan. It had a good size bathtub. Our room does not have a smart TV so the staff provided a cable to connect the TV to our laptop. so we can watch Netflix. They said that they were in the process of upgrading all their TVs soon. Wifi is strong and we had no trouble accessing it. Another plus points for Wilby are the free breakfast Mon to Fri, 3x a week house keeping and laundry service. Some days when I needed to work from home, I used the meeting rooms at the lounge. It offered a convenient and comfortable place to work in privacy. There is no swimming pool but there's an outdoor jacuzzi beside the gym. We also got hooked with the bread and pastries at Asanoya, the bakery at level 1. Overall, it was a happy and memorable stay. We definitely highly recommend this service apartment to family and friends. We miss Wilby and would like to stay there again when the wopportunity arises.

We stayed at the Wilby as a couple who are relocating to Singapore shortly and wanted to explore the city. The location is great with loads of heritage sites to visit and great food options. it's also easily accessible to the CBD and well connected by subway. The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy and very well maintained by the friendly staff.
The Wilby would be an excellent choice for people travelling to Singapore on business as the room facilities are great and it is easy to travel to and from. The breakfast provided would be extremely convenient to grab before popping off to work.

Probably not the best time to move in now due to ongoing renovation in the compound. Could get noisy. Apart from the heavy noisy works, it is quiet on the weekends.
Breakfast is sufficient but not great. Portion and quality is not quite the best. Would be good if they provide more food and fresh juice instead of flavored juice.
I hear the bins at the lobbies were removed because residents throw food there and insects are attracted there until they clean the bin. I am surprised by this logic. Bins are meant for trash to be thrown in. But they decided to remove them and cause inconvenience to the residents? Shouldn't they be stepping up the frequency of cleaning the bins instead? They took the easy way out for themselves. When you go to shopping malls and the bins get full or washroom gets dirty, the cleaners will clean them up every now and then. They don't remove the bins or close the washroom.
Pets are not allowed which is a bummer because there is a huge field behind that is perfect for bringing dogs to frolick. There are so many pet owners and dogs every day at the field. I have a few friends who were relocating to this country but decided to stay elsewhere because they could not bring the pets with them here. Maybe the estate can consider changing this into a pet friendly residence.
Location is good due to the close distance to the subway station. But there isn't much food option in the immediately area.
I guess this place is fine for expats living alone here, but definitely not ideal for families.

I stayed for over a month now and still going good. I am here for a business trip and living in a studio place. Overall, I'm really happy with the facilities and the services here! I have a small kitchen with a handful utensils/cuttlery/crockery for making a few quick dishes. All new, clean appliances from Electrolux- induction, kettle, microwave, washing machine, heating system, hair dryer, iron box etc! I can totally make do an entire month here without hassles!
They clean the place every alternate day and do a good clean job. The room outlook is fresh as well. The bathroom is equipped with heat drying the washed clothes.
Outsides, they have a common swimming pool, gym area, tennis courts and shuttle service, which is all handy and well maintained! The locality around is posh and tip-top with a few eating outlets and grocery stores/malls in the neighborhood.
I would be happy to stay for longer here!

Stayed here for 1 and half months. The rooms are a bit small but highly optimize functionally. You are provided full suites of household utilities including cooking utensils for some light cooking .Rooms service cleaning are done 3 days per week, and breakfast are provided on weekdays. It is located near to 2 MRTs and short stroll to Bugis and Orchard area. Overall I am very happy with the stay, it makes you feel homely, highly recommended if you are staying more than a month. Staff are very friendly and approachable, they even gave me a small Christmas cake!

Wilby is what hotels of the future are going to be like and what I wish I could find everywhere in the world. My room is perfectly designed and immaculately clean. Having traveled all over the world and observed hundreds of rooms, the small touches really jump out. From electric plug placement to hidden storage for suitcases to Bose speakers, countless little things all add up to make an ideal stay. I only wish that I was staying longer.

100% recommend for tourists. 25mins ride from Changi Airport.
Conveniently located between Bugis and Bras Basah MRT stations and short walking distance as well. Beautiful view from the room, fluffy clouds and could see the Singapore Flyer from a distance too. Complimentary breakfast with various food options however it is not provided on Public Holidays and Weekends :(
Extremely helpful and friendly staff, from the housekeeping auntie, breakfast ladies who served us, concierge staff, and security guards. Prompt service from the maintenance staff when our room CD player was spoilt, he fixed it quickly :)
Clean and spacious room with adequate kitchenware provided. The bathroom has a heater function as well to dry the laundry! Fresh flowers in the bathroom are a really nice touch. Overall satisfied and would love to come back again.

It is long enough, but the shallow end is pretty shallow, about 1 meter and maybe a little less. I found myself bumping against the bottom at the shallow end. If you are a "gentle" swimmer, you should be OK.
