Stayed at this beautiful gem for 3 nights and personally, I loved the fact that it’s just mere walking distance to a wide variety of halal eateries. I booked a Queen deluxe room and I have to say, the bedding was amazing. Super soft pillows and super comfy blanket to cover my body because of the strong air conditioning.

Only setback during my stay was the unstable on & off free wifi, no bathroom door in the shower and no Netflix or YouTube.

Pros - Location, bed comfort, wide range of halal food, nearby conveniences

Cons- Unstable wifi connection, no bathroom door, no video streaming service, small non-HDTV

Overall, would def stay again purely due to location, convenience and my familiarity with the area. Love the food !

Came here for a staycation because of the private jacuzzi available in the premier rooms. It's not a typical staycation area, but figured could immerse in a part of Singapore I don't spend as much time in beyond the occasional drinks since it's more a tourist/expat area imo. Really enjoyed exploring in the day and night.

The hotel itself was quaint, with an old school facade (it's cool they maintained the other shopfronts signage, I think), lobby decor is modern. The room was small but has all you need. Toilet doors are frosted glass with the bottom transparent. Given the jacuzzi provided, this makes sense and the price is very reasonable.

So the highlight really is the outdoor jacuzzi!!! They provide bath salts too, and ice bucket on request. Jacuzzi has a tarp over it, probably so you can use it in the rain also. It's really nice spot to sit in the warm water and look at the sky and the green plant wall while sipping a drink :) It's especially nice at night as you can enjoy the changing light colours in the tub.

Would highly recommend the premier rooms for a staycation for locals and tourists on a visit to SG! I cant say for the other rooms, but the hotel is really well situated regardless.

+ve: outdoor jacuzzi is clean and works well, air conditioner functions great, bed is comfortable, has mini fridge, space is made used of well, shower felt nice, friendly admin who greets us every time we pass the counter! service is good, queries were answered. would say it’s a good price compared to other hotels as it has an outdoor jacuzzi. location is good, a lot of food around and Bugis Junction nearby

-ve: room is quite small once the door is opened your mate has to move in further and can’t stand at the door unless it’s blocked, but may differ across different rooms and layouts I guess. small room space wasn’t a big problem though since it’s cozy with a partner. tv is dusty and resolution is not great. room is rather clean but maintenance is not up to standard with the wall and ledges having stains. no slippers too.

This hotel should be avoided if you can find something else. There are so many better options. The staff were incredibly unhelpful with any and all requests for help and recommendations. One recommended we try McDonald's for breakfast. They were disinterested and unhelpful. Our room did not get cleaned once over our 3 night stay. The room was so tiny and claustrophobic and had plaster chippings on the floor. They may have renovated the lobby but the rest is old. The location was good but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

My partner booked a Deluxe Queen room for my birthday. However, once entering the room, the room was small and dimly lit so we thought the lights were not turned on completely. We tried turning on all the lights and open the curtains but minimal sunlight could enter the room as it was facing the wall. We also noticed that the aircon vent in the room was coming off and the ceiling towards toilet area was mouldy. We called immediately to inform the service staff and requested for a change of room or an upgrade that we were willing to pay for. However, there were no rooms available as 2 of the rooms that were empty were under maintenance due to leaking ceiling that they couldn't get it fix. We had no choice but to stay in that room for the night. Upon checking out , we wrote in to the management to feedback on this situation and that such room quality should not be acceptable in a 4-star hotel. However, they say the mouldy ceiling was "inevitable and that they are only responsible for linens, toilets and floors" . I find this extremely unreasonable for a hotel management to make such statement. This is very disappointing experience for my partner and I.

Went to stay with my partner, chose a room with outdoor jacuzzi. Room was small but ok for the price. However, staff named YUMI pissed me off as she called me at 120am just to check if my guest had left the hotel. I was already sleeping and she woke me up to ask about my guest whom had left at 10pm as per policy. Staff was shocked as i was not informed during check in that my guest had to approached the desk to clear out their names just before they leave the hotel. If i knew... i would have done that. But nope i wasnt informed. Please take note that hoteliers should not call any guest room after 10pm unless there were to be any complaint from the other guest room or causing any nuisance. Because of this im rating my stay 1 star just because of that staff that ruined my sleep. At check out, the gentlemen at frontdesk informed that they are just following the law that no social gathering of 5 people to be observed after 10pm. Which i think he must have mistaken the difference between law and hotel policy. Law states social gathering of 5 is allowed at any point of time and hotel policy is no guest more than room occupancy after 10pm. Please take note on that.

The location of the hotel is 5/5 really great. The problem with the hotel is the sound from neighbours in the hotel and the sound from the mosque( you should visit the mosque its beautiful). They should use some soundproofing in their rooms because the location and area around the hotel is fantastic.

Stayed in the outdoor jacuzzi room previously and liked it so much I decided to stay here for my 1-2 day self isolation after coming back from Germany. I was informed i can't book anything with an outdoor or open window, so went with the indoor jacuzzi.

The staff were really helpful and though there was a misbooking on the dates, they helped me check and resolved the issue very quickly before updating me.

It was very nice to have a jacuzzi to soak in after the trip, I treated it as a post trip staycation to relax and unwind after my travels. I received my results at 7pm but stayed on till the next day and explored the area since there is so much great food around for me to catch up on. Highly recommend you stay at Hotel Clover North Bridge's jacuzzi room if you aren't going to isolate at home!

Thank you for the friendliness and hospitality.

The worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. This hotel was rated 4star but I rate it a 1star at best. The restaurant was not used by any guests or locals in the 4 days I stayed there.
Give this place a big miss. Reception staff were not able to assist and some spoke very poor English making it difficult to get information.

Booked the Premier Room with Indoor Jacuzzi just to relax. Room is spacious, clean and the bed is super comfy. The jacuzzi is big and in perfect working condition. They even provide free bath salt upon request.

Love the strategic location in Bugis. Walking distance to a lot of famous eat like Zam Zam, Fukusen, Working Title and many more. It is a quiet street and I have peaceful sleep on a Sunday night.

The check in and check out process is a breeze. Special thanks to Benjamin and Aileen for the excellent customer service.

Highly recommended for a relaxing staycation in SG. I will be back!

I would strongly suggest that for food options, you look up some vegetarian restaurants around that area: if you go down the road where Clover is, you will find quite a few Asian restaurants with good vegetarian options as well.
