Came here for a staycation because of the private jacuzzi available in the premier rooms. It's not a typical staycation area, but figured could immerse in a part of Singapore I don't spend as much time in beyond the occasional drinks since it's more a tourist/expat area imo. Really enjoyed exploring in the day and night. The hotel itself was quaint, with an old school facade (it's cool they maintained the other shopfronts signage, I think), lobby decor is modern. The room was small but has all you need. Toilet doors are frosted glass with the bottom transparent. Given the jacuzzi provided, this makes sense and the price is very reasonable. So the highlight really is the outdoor jacuzzi!!! They provide bath salts too, and ice bucket on request. Jacuzzi has a tarp over it, probably so you can use it in the rain also. It's really nice spot to sit in the warm water and look at the sky and the green plant wall while sipping a drink :) It's especially nice at night as you can enjoy the changing light colours in the tub. Would highly recommend the premier rooms for a staycation for locals and tourists on a visit to SG! I cant say for the other rooms, but the hotel is really well situated regardless.…
Parking some photos here as I couldn’t get great pics from TripAdvisor of the room & outdoor jacuzzi. Hotel is small but clean and room was a nice size thought might be a bit small if you have a lot of luggage. The outdoor jacuzzi and patio area was spacious. Room was clean, receptionist was very friendly. Hotel was within walking distance of many eateries, with a lovely restaurant - Brine - on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel.
Booked the Premier Room with Indoor Jacuzzi just to relax. Room is spacious, clean and the bed is super comfy. The jacuzzi is big and in perfect working condition. They even provide free bath salt upon request. Love the strategic location in Bugis. Walking distance to a lot of famous eat like Zam Zam, Fukusen, Working Title and many more. It is a quiet street and I have peaceful sleep on a Sunday night. The check in and check out process is a breeze. Special thanks to Benjamin and Aileen for the excellent customer service. Highly recommended for a relaxing staycation in SG. I will be back!
This is a boutique hotel thus the rooms are all quite small. We booked the deluxe king for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The floor is wooden and not carpeted. There is an open wardrobe and bay table by the windows. The TV was small though about 32 inch with movie channel. The room is good for couple and no kids. We stayed during the Covid-19 so we stayed in our room mostly, just went out for lunch and dinner. The location is good with a lot of good eateries within walking distance. If you need to get to town or central area, there is a busstop about 2 mins walking. We wish to highlight that the walls are a bit thin as we can hear footstep on the wooden floor by our neighbours. It can be quite disturbing especially if the noise is generated in the middle of the night. Another issue is the shower area. There is no door to close the shower area so when you shower, the water will splash all over the bathroom making the vanity area wet too. It will be good if they can install a door. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock thus not suitable for other than couples. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the service was good.…
This hotel comes up at a 4 star. That's where I set my filters anyway. Being a frequent traveller I find that usually works best. I can't get their rating as to me it would be borderline 3 star. We were crammed into a basement room, not that clean and do small we had to stand out bags up to walk around. They charge like a 4 star and don't deliver. In general a very less than average experience. Food (breakie included) was also a less than average experience.
