After an early morning arrival in Singapore, we were picked up at the airport by the hotel-provided limo and warmly greeted at the curb by two members of hotel staff. Once inside Douglas, the hotel manager himself, explained how they would accommodate us in another room until our room was ready, providing full amenities in the temp room in the...

Superb hospitality and intriguingly styled rooms that connect the visitor with the beginnings of Singapore. There is a great variety of good eating close to hand. Many of the attractions offered on City tours are also close to hand. Top choice for those who like something a little different.

We stayed at the AMOY for 2 nights in February. The service was completely outstanding. The concept of the hotel itself is quite amazing. They have taken old Chinese shop houses and turned them into hotel rooms. This did make for interesting designs in the room, but the rooms were quite modern and comfortable. Awesome amenities included free breakfast at...

We stayed here two nights and the location was perfect. It is right across the street from a subway station and on the edge of both the financial district and Chinatown. This made it very convenient to make it to any other part of Singapore as well as walk to numerous great restaurants and food markets with an amazing spread...

This hotel is perfect for a working break in Singapore. Ideal location, really lovely rooms, and a truly unique hotel for design and atmosphere. If I were traveling as a holiday I would feel a bit underwhelmed with food options (only breakfast, and this is limited) and the hotel facilities (no pool / spa), but for work it was the...

Great service. We were lucky to have our room ready at 6am. after a long flight from Zürich. Very friendly staff at the reception. Very eager to help. Nice room with complemantary mini bar. Only downside on the rooms at the back, some noise from drunken people (we stayed on a saterday night).

I didn't think I would love this place as much as I did! I was blown away. The attention to detail was impeccable, a perfect place for a solo traveler. I loved everything from the arrival drink, to the free mini bar, smartphone, waterfall shower head, cozy bed and bedding, post card, free airport transfer. Really helped me hit the...

Most Hotels in Singapore are big international chains catering mostly for business and with no personality. Alternatively you go right down the scale to small noisy places in chinatown or out of the way. It was a great pleasure to find a real boutique hotel which is small and gives you a personal touch and top quality service. Set in...

Everything was excellent! But the breakfast was really really bad. No choice at the buffet and some bad quality of the food I had to order. Kind of an English Breakfast but the quality was really not good.
