This hotel is cheap, clean room but quite small even I booked the room with deluxe room. The location is not bad since it's located near bus stop but the environment around hotel quite scare at night.

We are presuming you were referring to your room reservation booked via our online partner site, Booking(com). If so, we would like to clarify that for the general cancellation policy booking which only requires payment upon arrival at the hotel, our Reservations shall perform a pre-authorisation of the first night room fee from your bank card as a means to guarantee your room. That said, you are still required to make the full payment of your hotel stay upon arrival at the property.
The pre-authorisation hold shall then be released back to your account in two weeks or it shall also be released should you cancel your room reservation before the stipulated dateline.

I booked via bookingcom i also had the same issue, they charged me a pre paymnt fee, then at the hotel, while checking in, i didn't had to pay anything. Do print your credit card statement. And also ask for the hotel... More

I booked via bookingcom i also had the same issue, they charged me a pre paymnt fee, then at the hotel, while checking in, i didn't had to pay anything. Do print your credit card statement. And also ask for the hotel for a receipt, because while checking in, the reception will ask you.

If you have a late departure flight, you are welcome to use the hotel's complimentary luggage storage service and return later to pick your luggage for your departure to the airport.
