We will like to share that we no longer place plastic bottled water in the rooms for the sustainability of the environment. Tap water in Singapore is potable and a kettle is also placed in the room. Stayed three nights in a superior room double bed. Room is larger than other ibis budget rooms. No soap bar and no body wash in dispenser just shampoo. Kettle, hair dryer, safe provided but safe doesn’t work. Wi-Fi was strong. Both international outlets and usb outlets available. Bed was more like a king sized bed and clean. Good water pressure but hot water needs to be turned on by switch. Wet shower divided from toilet by shower curtain. TV had few channels. Location is in Geylang. About 10-15 min brisk walk to nearest MRT station. Bus stop much closer like 2-4 mins. Neighborhood has mostly Chinese food options with a smattering of Viet places.

Disappointed with the location but Staff was really good and welcoming i personally called and asked from airport to get directions young boy staff benhjamin told me with details how to arrive here and guided my elderly parents till their room with luggage's, explained about the rooms clearly and foods nearby, second the rooms are just simple and nice for price, not to mention could have a choice to stay in the same floor but the leader tried his best to arrange as well , overall staffs are really great and not tired of entertaining other guests , happy with my stay

Stayed o/night 13 April, second time we have stayed at this hotel recently. Cannot be faulted for a budget hotel and excellent for quick stay. Rooms are small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Hotel in great location for eating places and walking distance to Aljunied MRT for train to Changi. Staff are great. Will stay again but do not expect it to be 5* but great price and comfortable.

Overall it was okay. The main problem was bathroom did not have any lock. I was staying with my teenage daughter who wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean and they cleaned every day. I don't mind staying myself.

This is the third of the ibis Budgets I've stayed at in Singapore over the last 3 months and probably the one I've enjoyed the most. You can read my other review more a more detailed look at your options in the Geylang area when traveling on a budget in Singapore. What stood out about this one: * One of the really big safes that can fit a laptop and a bunch of other things. I didn't have safes in my other iBis Budget hotels and so this would probably be a tie-breaker in the future assuming equal costs. It's nice to not have to carry a passport or worry about a laptop. * The shower head area is really good for the iBis Budgets. In another hotel the water went all over but this one has a really good system. * Friendly front desk that allowed me to check in a little early when the room was available. I know these are the Budget line and so Accor status isn't included (I'm Platinum) but it's nice to be able to check in a little early when the room is ready. I get why hotels make you wait, but coming from the airport, it was nice to be able to start napping a little earlier. On the downside: * A couple bugs in the bathroom that were flying around. * WiFi went in and out on one device (same as one of the other iBis Budgets, but not the third). This would cut against this option if I was visiting for work and needed to ensure all devices maintained Internet connection throughout. Overall: Once again really happy with my choices and for those on a tight budget in Singapore and who do not want to stay in shared spaces, I really can't think of a better option! …

Great place to stay and reasonably priced! It was very clean and the check-in process was smooth. We were happy to have found this place during the peak season. Pros: Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds Cons: Sorry excuse for a bathroom. Staff are so miserable it is untrue, service but no smile whatsoever. Staff make you realize you are staying in a budget hotel and make no effort to excel. no soundproofing especially in the bathroom. You can hear the room above flushing, showering etc as if it is your own bathroom. In summary, was run better by the previous chain but will suffice IF picked up at a good price.
