This was my third repeat visit to Changi Cove - Food, Service, Rooms and Civil Service Club Amenities are why I keep coming back! The White Olive delivers again - great food (Fish & Chips especially) and the service staff are great, why out of their way to help. Rooms were as good as before - great bedding, comfy linen and very clean. Great views of greenery outside and I like the walk past the 150 year old tree too get to the rooms. The shuttle to the Civil Service Club means a host of amenities like the pool, restaurants, gym and walk to Changi Village. Changi Beach Boardwalk was closed but you can enter via Changi Village - the Changi beach was as great as always and overall delivered a great trip

A lovely quiet getaway from the daily noise and grind. I came for a much needed quiet retreat and it was a lovely stay. The staff were friendly despite all the negative reviews written. Thank you all for serving so well. ❤️❤️❤️ I especially want to thank the front office manager (July 21, 2022 - 1225pm)(didn’t get his name) for being so super helpful in retrieving my forgotten items from my room and standing at the driveway to pass it to me when the bus pulled in! I’m super super appreciative! Thank you so much!!! The morning wait staff at breakfast were also very attentive and helpful indeed. I enjoyed the walks around the vicinity and was very blessed to sight the hornbills, white cockatoos, Sea Eagles and Brahminy Kites. All in, a lovely restful stay. Thank you to all the staff on duty July 18th - 21st, 2022!

Nothing works in this hotel. No hot water in the rooms, safety deposit box broken, no fridge or minbar in room. No body lotion available, not even for sale. Only one coffee cap pp. Hotel shop closed. Restaurant is a joke. Nobody around. To get to your room is very difficult as the building is confusing. Stay away from this.

Baring in mind my mindset when booking this hotel was that I needed a couples retreat away from the crowd. Qualitity of amenities and hospitality was not the top of my concern. So please don't go with the expectation of luxury and convenience cuz you might be disappointed. But if you are like me who go with an open mind, you will enjoy it. Room is decent but soundproofing not good. Breakfast is decent. Simple non-fancy place. I love the peacefulness around this property. Nice walk to changi village. For these reasons, I will come back for another couple of nights when I need to have a quick unwind again.

We loved the hotel with all the natural area around it and the staff were nice and helpful. There had been a lot of rain so the mosquitos were very fierce in the area so we had to wear long trousers and sleeves when going out for a walk, although there's not much around the hotel so we usually didn't stay in the hotel area but took the free shuttle bus to Pasir Ris or Changi Village.

This is the only hotel in Changi surrounded with greenery. The place is very quiet with hardly any traffic. Parking is free. Counter staff is friendly. Need to take lift from main building to 2nd level ,cross a shelter within a garden and take another lift to the guest rooms block. The room is average with a doodle wall that allows you to draw up an inspiration. Breakfast is bread butter, and a assortment of egg. There is free schedule shuttle bus that takes you to nearby Changi village where there are several good F&B. For lack of facilities within the hotel you can, however use the swimming pool at Civil Service@Changi (need to obtain a wrist band from hotel counter before going) . Overall is a nice serene place to relax.

Was having a 1-nite stay seminar w this hotel It is ideal as it nestled and tucked at a quiet corner in the extreme east part of Singapore! Best that u have private transport to get here It is a bare-minimum boutique hotel which has a collection of (not pillows but) old trees… Dont expect much from its buffet breakfast esp amidst covid situation…. If u are a nature lover, you will love here!!! There are many olden historical buildings around the hotel for u to explore….. One of the flaw is my room doesnt come with a mini-fridge!!! And the room is not the smallest i have stay…… it should provide a mini-fridge in each room pls, if not it would easily score above 3.5star

It’s unsurprising to see during my most recent review submission on Booking.com, that the average review score to be 6/10. While the housekeeping & restaurant staff rocks, the front desk staff are dismal. They border with mindsets of bare minimalism & in being regimental. Alysa, in particular is caustic & throws her weight around with guests, which I noticed during my recent 2 stays. Such a personality is in no way suitable for the hospitality industry.

For one night is fine, basic room amenities with weak wifi connection. Sound proofing is also lousy as could hear other guests opening and closing their door not to mention chambermaid pushing the trolley along the corridor. Services are… too robotic…. No basic greetings no smiles no nothing. C’mon guys! This is very fundamental elements that you need to have in order to work in service sector. As for breakfast… not so good as well.

Changi Cove is.n idyllic resort to relax. However I was dissatisfied with the service and facilities. To start with the hotel is overcharged and the price paid does not commensurate with the service that you get. Firstly the room is really basic. No mini fridge. That’s a big fail for a hotel in tropical country like Singapore. Next, the breakfast was really disappointing. We all know due to COVID-19 there are restrictions for buffet breakfast. But at least the breakfast should be freshly cooked. But the breakfast we’ve got was worst then what you get in a cheap airline. The egg was rubbery and looked like it was pre packed and microwaved before serving. Same goes to the rest of the so called English Breakfast. I had to drive to Changi Village to get breakfast. The staff were more serious about safe entry and other safe management measures than taking care of guests. What is a hotel for? Where is the hospitality? We made ourselves comfortable by convincing ourselves with the self fulfilling prophecy that it is an idyllic getaway and forget about the service and facilities. I am extremely disappointed with the entire stay against the money we paid for this.
