paid over a 100 for a 1 night stay for 2 people -dirty floors with hair and stains when we checked in -mirrors are stained -judged by a staff assuming my girlfriend was a sugar baby -workers sit by the walkway even though its already small enough -overall not something i would pay over a $100 for.

From 8th Jan to the 18th this year, I've served my SHN by booking a 10 nights stay at Harbour Ville Hotel in Kampong Bahru road. Rewind last year around November, I searched for available hotels in SG that can provided SHN accommodations. I saw Harbour Ville as one of them and they just recently renovated some of their rooms including the Superior Queen room the one I've booked. I paid around 1450 SGD for 10 nights including 3 meals each day. Payment is upon check-in and they accept credit cards. After arriving from the Philippines in the evening, I went straight to the hotel and got checked in pretty fast/smoothly informing them of my SHN reservation. As I reached my room, I saw my dinner bento already placed at the front door. I decided to book their biggest room so I would have enough space during my stay and not feel enclosed. Indeed it was pretty huge and spacious, The top down wide window adds more space to the room and I have a full view of Kampong Bahru road and PSA. It was quite clean and new at my first look but I saw some tissue paper put on the door viewer (not sure if it was intended or some other guest left it). As a 3 star hotel I got what Ive paid for - got a flat screen TV on the wall with local and around 4 cable channels, a mini-bar with complimentary coffee/tea, a fridge and kettle. The latter is the most important part of my quarantine because I loved to drink hot tea/coffee. The Queen bed is pretty clean, quite comfortable and a bit high. I loved the low lighting effect on the headboard and the whole room which makes it cozy, comfortable and warm. Be careful if you have gadgets like laptop or phones not to leave them on your bed because its quite high and may break if they fall. There is a study table on the right side with a mirror, cabinet, desk phone and power outlets on each side of the bed. The toilet and shower is quite spacious and I loved that they have a slightly open window on the toilet which gives you fresh air. I especially loved their toiletries especially the Body wash and Shampoo which were really aromatic. From the toilet window, I could glimpse a bit of the dome of the Church of St. Theresa and regularly hears the church bell when it rings. WIFI was a bit of an issue when I first checked-in and a bit intermittent and slow but on my 3rd day or so they seem to have fixed it and became faster and stable. And finally my most favourite part of my stay in the room and a was also a surprise is the window which I could open to get some fresh air. It was absolutely wonderful and a relief so I could get fresh air in my 10 nights stay here. Not all hotels have this option even the 5 star ones. I included in my booking 3 packed meals per day and they are well prepared and has all the recommended nutrients you would want daily. The breakfast and dinner meals have the bottled water per day. Each meals have juice, snacks and randomly fruits like Banana, Apple or Pear on any given day. You could request what kind of meal you would want and I requested for Western after I was given Chinese on my first few days of stay. But surprisingly my favourite part of the meals they serve was breakfast. It's usually Western and each day they have different menu with different kinds of bread and pastries and so far so good I loved their breakfast package. If you opt for 3 meals a day you will top up 35 SGD per day. If you decide not to include meals you still have to pay 10 SGD per day as surcharge. I recommend to include the meal package to save money and time than ordering outside food. I also ordered 2x on Grab during the weekends of my stay here just to have a different type of food and flavours. When picking up your food or throwing your trash, make sure to wear face mask all the time when opening your door and never leave your hotel room as mandated until you need to do your PCR swab testing before your SHN ends. Always inform and update the hotel concierge about your SHN updates. Once you got your result and its Negative then you could leave on the last day of your SHN provided you received the SMS from MOH and inform/show the hotel concierge (process during my SHN serving) about your results. I still got my lunch meal on my last day of SHN before I checked out. It was indeed a very learning, safe, memorable and comfortable experience serving my SHN at Harbour Ville Hotel and I recommended the same for my friends looking for SHN accommodations at a very reasonable price package. It was indeed a worthwhile experience serving 10 nights of my SHN only at Harbour Ville Hotel and I truly recommend this hotel for those looking for a place to serve their SHN. Keep up the very good work and service Harbour Ville Hotel!!!

The front desk staff led by Jerlyn and team mates Rowena, Helen,Lovely, Jaison and Edison provided excellent service. They may not be a 5 star rated hotel but is certainly top class. I enjoyed my 3 month stay with them.. Always go extra mile..

Had an amazing long term stay with Harbourville hotel from March to June 2021. Friendly staff and a clean newly done room at a very affordable price. I particularly liked the hotel location as it is quiet and of a walkable distance to amenities and faber park. Vivo city is also nearby. Thank you for the pleasant memories !

The room that I've gotten wasn't the same room in the pictures displayed. I don't know if it's because I checked in much later, like around 6pm? Room is generally ok. The fridge wasn't very clean, it had dirty stains on it. The daikin aircon unit was really really very old and looked dirty. The aircon wasn't strong and cold. I was feeling warm at night with the aircon switched on at full blast, 5/5 fan speed and 18 degrees (which was the lowest allowed). The room only got cool after the TV was switched off when I went to bed and after I woke up in the morning. It's equivalent to a good aircon unit at 1/5 fan speed and at 25 degree. No joke. Toilet is small (shower area, directly next to toilet bowl) but usable. It was sad that the chair at the dressing table was a mini chair of about 30cm height. So it's really uncomfortable for any plus size to sit on it. Only choose this room if you don't have high expectations and just only needed a place to crash. Decent enough if you have places that you want to visit nearby. Vivo city mall is like a 10 mins bus ride away. Otherwise, there's no nearby amenities at the hotel. So you have to get everything at Vivo city mall.

The whole place needs an over haul. Dirty rooms, What looks like alcohol thrown onto walls. We have complained and been shown other rooms all to the same level of dirty. No safe to keep passports Ages away from any food restaurants Smells like wet dogs Staff weren't very accodating Wouldn't refund us especially seeing as we did not choose this particular room when booking. Photos look nothing like the actual hotel Rate 1 We have paid over 300 Australian dollars to stay here for three nights and currently booking another hotel because it's that dirty. What a waste of our time. Holiday and money. Such a shame

Tv controller not working, tv displaying blurred and blue image as in the photo with blizzing sounds. Aircon temperature going warm and cold up and down. Poor room sound proofing. Room is clean and near if you're going to Sentosa island

Everything was good except the door wasn't soundproof thus when other customers are closing the door or walking along the corrider, their voices n the closing of door sounds are too loud..and some of the doors seems spoilt but still can close. Linens are not that clean, some have blood stains on it but overall was okay. Oh ya they provided some light snacks and ice too.. Maybe the mgmt can look into changing the doors and make more soundproofing. Thank you for the stay!

You get for what you pay. But the service was good, near to sentosa, near a Catholic church, and near to a bus station. One ride to China Town and Orchard. Breakfast is not available and it is around 25 minutes away from the airport.

We stayed for one night initially and my room was mouldy and the air con was not working properly and I would not have stayed another night. However, upon leaving the hotel, the other people in our group stated their room was great. We returned 4 days later to stay another 2 nights and this time the room I'd been given was very clean and in perfect condition.
