My usual hotel whenever in spore. Nice clean room. Rate reasonble..near to my favourite seafood restaurant. Friendly staffs. 10 mins from the bus terminal. Room doesnt serve breakfast so breakfast are usually taken from the street coffee shops.
I am a travel agent and have sent quite a few people to this hotel, but this was my 1st time stay in this hotel. I have visited Singapore 6 times and have stayed in 6 different hotels so I know quite a lot about hotels and their amenities in Singapore. Some people cannot accept the fact Singapore is one of the most expensive cities in the world and not just Asia. Malaysia and Thailand are its neighbor and most people coming to Singapore expect the hotels to be similar to those two countries. I was reading some of the comments and people have complained about rude staff. I say to them Welcome to Singapore. Over the years Singapore from being a tourist friendly destination has become home of Asian Snobs. Rudeness and cold staff behavior is now a part of Singapore culture. Rudeness is across all segments. I have seen rude behavior across all categories from luxury to moderate segment. Hopefully the Pandemic Crisis will teach them a lesson that Customer is God. Singapore behaves very badly with Indian Tourists. I have seen people walking off their seat in a bus when I sat beside her. Singapore should realize that their Tourism probably earns the most from Indian tourist and they should respect because we are paying and boosting their economy. Coming back to the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located. The Jalan Besar MRT is just 200 meters from the hotel. If you want to reach the airport by MRT it takes 1 change of train and just 30 to 40 minutes maximum. There is a 24 hour Indian restaurant right outside the hotel. There are a couple of Dimsum restaurants and Chinese food court type restaurant nearby. The mustafa shopping center and Little India is just 1 kilometer which is actually walkable. The hotel room, the basic category has tv, fridge, electric kettle, comfortable bed. Yes the room is windowless which is common is budget hotel in Singapore. A window room honestly does not provide any great view either so no point spending money on it. A very big add on is they have a water filter in the lobby where you can refill water which is a big saving. Do not fall for the room with breakfast plan because it is way too expensive. The restaurants outside the hotel offer good food at great price.…
Good location, Near to Little and Rocher MRT station Lot of Indian hotels nearby. Shopping places nearby. Room service was good, They gave free upgrade to room with window. Located at city center, easily accessible to main attractions of Singapore
I and my friend have a trip to Singapore. We booked 2 room at this hotel from 15-19 Feb, 2020. On 15 Feb, we came to this hotel at 8pm and did the check in. The receptionist very bad. I can't accept her attitude. She's very impolite. After that, we went to the room. All of our room have a bad smell. The curtain in my friend room very dirty. So my friend came back to lobby and talked with receptionist, but she dont care. She gave another room to my friend. My friend went to new room but this room very dirty, not clean. My friend came to lobby and talked again with receptionist. She didn't say sorry any time. She came to a first room she gave my friend and did something, then she came back and said that the room was clean now. But when my friend went to this room, bad smell, toilet very dirty, mirror not clean and more... my friend came to lobby 1 more time and her asked reception how to see front office manager but she said the manager not here. She said you can go out and find another hotel but when she said that, it's 11:20 pm and at this time, we was very tired and we can't not find another hotel. She came to my friend room again and clean that, and she gave us a room at 12pm. So, we took a room for sleep that night although the room not good for sleep and tomorrow we change another hotel. I cant believe, this is the first time we come to Singapore ( very beautiful and clean place ). We pay a lot of money for the room, but we receive a terrible service. I can promise that, this is the first time the last time i come to this hotel, the worst hotel in the world…
