Booked gold type room and has downgrade to Silver instead without notification. Check in waiting time more than 2 hours (arrived hotel at 6pm, get the room at around 9pm. Staffs are impolite and bad attitude. Especially cafe’s staff Overall breakfast can eat, limited choose.

I have stayed at the top floor (7th floor) with open terrace for a night with many bad experiences. First of all, the aircon is not cold and I have a sweaty night sleep and woke up a few times. Bed is old with squeaking sound. The wifi is bad with no internet connection. No towels found in room. We were given a tv remote with low batteries. The only positives are the room is reasonable clean and the view from the open terrace is nice.

This hotel is fine! Rooms are really small, but we knew this in advance. Room was clean, bathroom OK, breakfast was good and tasty. You can choose from a few options, have Orange Juice/coffee/tea. Good WiFi as well.

I have stayed in this hotel from 22nd to 26th Feb 2020 and my experience was horrible. The staff is extremely rude, i stayed there for 4 nights but not even once my room was cleaned even after reminding them various times, room size is like match box if you have your luggage's in the room there won't be any space to stand or walk, rooms are super dirty and it stinks. So over all it was a worst experience.

This hotel is filthy. Baby roaches crawling in the room and bathroom, mold on bathroom walls and sink area and hair (not mine) on bed linen. The bath towel that I used on the first day had tobacco smell on it. Location is good, but utterly filthy!
