Average hotel. Rooms are extra small. But clean. Same breakfast menu with 4 options of food. Average food. Staff not customer friendly at all. No help from the staff. The batteries of the TV remote were dead, and I requested new ones. The receptionist chased me away since as he was playing with his computer.

They promised parking which then was unavailable when we first arrived. The AC leaked during our first night and we were told to mop it up with towels. They claimed our daughter wasn't entitled to the breakfast that was included in our booking and blamed Booking.com for the misinformation(they then waived the breakfast charge). They triple chraged us for our stay - the receptionist insisted that we pay upfront when we checked in and charged my husbands credit card twice. They on the morning of our checkout day, they charged my credit card that Booking has on file too. The staff were utterly unprofessional and useless in trying to sort out the situation. We still don't know if we'll get our money back.

I have stayed at the top floor (7th floor) with open terrace for a night with many bad experiences. First of all, the aircon is not cold and I have a sweaty night sleep and woke up a few times. Bed is old with squeaking sound. The wifi is bad with no internet connection. No towels found in room. We were given a tv remote with low batteries. The only positives are the room is reasonable clean and the view from the open terrace is nice.

This hotel is fine! Rooms are really small, but we knew this in advance. Room was clean, bathroom OK, breakfast was good and tasty. You can choose from a few options, have Orange Juice/coffee/tea. Good WiFi as well.

I have stayed in this hotel from 22nd to 26th Feb 2020 and my experience was horrible. The staff is extremely rude, i stayed there for 4 nights but not even once my room was cleaned even after reminding them various times, room size is like match box if you have your luggage's in the room there won't be any space to stand or walk, rooms are super dirty and it stinks. So over all it was a worst experience.

This hotel is filthy. Baby roaches crawling in the room and bathroom, mold on bathroom walls and sink area and hair (not mine) on bed linen. The bath towel that I used on the first day had tobacco smell on it. Location is good, but utterly filthy!

Stayed there for 2 days, was good room was a bit small but for 2 days was okay as we were out all day. Breakfast was average have a la carte then you can take your toast, and tea or coffee. Taxi available on street easily 20 mins to universal studio, 10 mins to merlion, and five mins walk to little India.

Hotel is located in good area and near to many top attractions in Singapore. The rooms are very small and i wonder how they allow family to book these room. We had booking for 4 pax and we just had one small bed for two people. Impossible for more than 2 people to stay in the room. Ok for single traveller. Shower area was cramped.

This Hotel is great if you are kind of a tourist who likes easy access to Public transport ( MRT and Bus ) + centrally located from major tourist destination yet economical . We had booked 4 rooms and stayed for 7 days .. The break fast is ok , but nearby options are huge in case you would prefer to experiment with Indian , Local and Chinese food . The rooms are compact and clean , with tea maker , essential toiletry + mini fridge for keeping fruits and cold drinks . Additionally we had balcony which offered great views . Great place to morning cup of tea . Overall it was a great experience ..
