Went there for a staycation with family and kid. Overall was really just basic at best so don't expect alot. Pro: Good location, 2 mins to city hall mrt and room is reasonable sized. Cons: Long time for check-in despite i was standing there carrying an infant. Staff seems to be new and everyone else is awfully busy. I would...

Friendly staff at the reception this morning. Booked directly through hotel website. I was check in by lady manager Jumie and there was a long queue of people. Could be the early morning rush. Check in was done swiftly. She managed to find me a room and after a long flight it was very tiring.

The location of this hotel is great for people who want to be downtown. It is a block away from the City Hall MRT (and therefore the North-South and East-West Lines, including the line to Changi Airport) and Raffes City shopping complex, and an easy walk to the harbour and Merlion statue, past the National Gallery of Singapore. The hotel...

This hotel is in a great location for tourists to explore many of Singapore's most popular areas and attractions. Fantastic feature was the smartphone supplied by the hotel which enabled us to find our way around the city so much more easily with free internet and calls. Room was perfectly equipped and very comfortable, however it was directly overlooking a...

Excellent hotel with best hospitality and also good location. We had stayed from 30-Apr-17 to 7-May-17. They gave us early check in and late checkout without extra cost. Also surprised me by chocolates and greeting on my birthday celebration. Food is delicious. Overall satisfactory experience. Good option for Singapore trip.

I have stayed here 4 times now It is a great place - central to MRT, Raffles Shopping centre, Hop on hop off bus, Clarke Quay and more. It has 2 nice pools and a central lobby that is large and comfortable. Rooms are a good size - clean and comfortable too. Breakfast bar has a good selection.

We were originally put in a room on a smoking floor. After complaining about the smell were were moved to room on a no smoking floor but we had to accept twin beds rather than the king bed as booked. This was all rather disappointing given that we had booked and paid some four months in advance. Not sure how...

Stayed for 3 nights in May 2017. Well located for the Quay Road restaurants and bars. Two swimming pools and a great roof terrace at Skylounge on level 22, where there are 2 viewing balconies and a bar. Only drawback there is you have to get a concierge to operate the lift for that level. All in, a good place...

I was staying just across the road but went to the hotel to catch the shuttle bus too the zoo. Lobby staff was extremely friendly. Offered seats for me and the baby and actually arranged for the bus to stop and wait for us despite not being an actual guest. Thank to jason for the hospitality. I stood at the...

Stayed for only one night before a cruise, and this hotel is nice, clean and friendly, and well suited for a short or medium stay in Singapore. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but there was something for everyone. Location is good for experiencing this beautiful city.
