Me and my mum served our quarantine at Peninsula Hotel. A big shout out to the team - Yana who handled the situation well, team who answered our calls when we pressed "0", and those who helped to deliver stuff to our room and answer all our queries all the time! Every staff that I met was very friendly and helpful :) Had a great experience!

Receptionist Vivian , Shanti & Fatin is very professional and would try their best to accomodate to my needs. Everytime when my grab food or Food Panda arrives , i will call the reception counter to let them know that my food has arrive. Sometimes i will need to split the food into rooms as i couldnt get out of the premises . They will take down the room no and will inform the conceirge team to seperate it and send it to the individual rooms . Thank you for the service :-) . As well as Operator Nini & MiMi . Thank you all for the professional services .

Situated just a stone throw away from clark quay and the Marina, the best thing about the hotel is its location. The view from the top of the hotel is just amazing and a thing to look out for. The room was spacious and neatly made but could need some refinement. Would definitely recommend for the location.

Saw the review title from the previous review from other guest and just copy paste and add poor customer service. Normally I do not give bad review unless its really bad. Well, it was not me to choose this hotel willingly but was force to stay here. Anyway just wanted to say that the customer service, helpdesk,even the manager on call is not up to expectation. Helpdesk did not check before answering my question, manager on call did not direct my concern and issue correctly but raise her voice to me and force me to made the laundry payment unwillingly. Poor customer service!!!!

My friend and it had booked and pre-paid for our accommodation prior to leaving Australia but on check-in were informed that we would have to pay an additional $50 a night to cover incidentals but were then informed that this was not necessary. We were then allocated rooms on the 8th floor of the hotel which were disgraceful to say the least. The room was old, dilapidated, dirty, stank and the entrance door had obviously been broken into as the lock was hanging off. I won't even begin to describe the bathroom which was disgusting. And why the request to pay for incidentals as there weren't any! Totally unacceptable so my friend and I complained to reception and were allocated much better rooms on the 16th floor. The only other thing to mention is don't expect to get a lift in a hurry as the hotel without going into ethnicity is full of rude people who just barge in front of you and generally have no manners whatsoever. Avoid this hotel it is a disgrace and definitely not 4 Star!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really was disappointed about this hotel given the cost. The location is good as it is centrally located and close to metro and other major attractions, but the rooms are not impressive. The bed was comfortable. The biggest mistake we made was prepaying for the breakfast buffet. This needs a huge improvement. The food was no better than a Marriott Courtyard hotel. It was pretty obvious the fruit was canned fruit. I highly suggest to save your money and go to one of the many places near the hotel. I also felt like I was being forced to eat at the sky lounge as we were "given access". The view is spectacular, but it's really "access" to the restaurant where everything is overpriced.

Stayed here for two nights , we have stayed here previously years back and thought our room was tired looking it was quite small but had everything you needed . The staff were helpful even whilst going through the covid 19 crisis. The location is good across the road from the metro station and an easy walk to Clarke quay , sun city and a 25 minute walk to gardens on the bay.

Hotel is in a good location. Food court very near. Recommend that guest get access to the Sky Lounge. Nice pool. Reception is on the first floor but this presents no problem. Thank you to Assistant Duty Manager, Melvin, for ensure our stay was pleasant.

My partner & I stayed here for our 3 night stopover on the way home to Australia after a tour of Vietnam. From the moment we arrived at the check-in counter we felt valued. I'd left my phone on the airport shuttle but they very quickly contacted the shuttle company & I was reunited with my phone within the hour. As an Elite Member, our Deluxe room that we'd paid for was upgraded to an Executive room. It was perfect for us. It wasn't the biggest room, but it was big enough for us. The bathroom was quite spacious, with separate bath & shower. The real feature of the room though was the view. Our window overlooked the National Gallery & we had spectaular, picture-perfect uninterrupted views of the Marina Bay Sands complex, Theatres on the Bay, the Singapore Flyer & the city skyline. We could even see some of the supertrees in Gardens By the Bay when they lit up every night. We're not particularly young or fit, but despite being unaccustomed to the heat of the tropics we walked everywhere, including Marina Bay Sands, Gardens By the Bay, Clark Quay & the iconic Raffles Hotel. This hotel really is in a great location.
