Checked in on the 6th Sept 2015, got the 12th floor. Spacious and clean room. Hotel was centrally located, accessible to lots of shopping and food. Few minutes walk to Boat Quay and Clarke Quay for a night of fun.......

Very handy spot, our room had spectacular views. It only fell short, greatly, by the dreadful breakfast! A pity as the rest was excellent. The hotel was close to everything you may need plenty of places to eat ,covering all budgets.

Comfortable hotel near centre of attractions. Great breakfast with the best bacon and many food options. Discounts for happy hour and late dinner. Plenty of space in the room. Fast WiFi internet connection.

Great location for a stay in Singapore. It´s in the middle of the city, 3 minutes to the subway. Beautiful view from the Sky Lounge on the Singapore Skyline, opera, Marina Bay Sands... Friendly people, everything good!

A short stopover with the Singapore airlines package. For the intended use as a base for a few days this hotel was ideal for what I paid. The location is excellent, well positioned for reaching the major tourist sites. The hotel itself was adequate, it could probably do with a bit of a facelift, as the room I had on...

My room was old, the walls dirty and in need of overall refurbishment. Awful breakfast, terrible coffee. Any good, self-respecting hotel provides expresso coffee nowadays and a better buffet. I was asked to pay to upgrade to a premium room including breakfast on arrival. I agreed on the expectation that the room would be nice and that the breakfast would...

Concierge not very helpful we asked if they could book hotel shuttle & as our required departure was 7am they advised us we needed to call shuttle at 3am !!'

Is a great place to stay overall, the room is okay, bathroom needs some update, closets as well, they do offer you drinks and mini bar but don't touch it, they going to charge you, if not worth it, go to 7 eleven in the corner and you can buy it 3 item for the same price. The food, room...

Location is pretty good, and great view from my room on the 16th floor, and that is where it ends. Checking in and out ridiculously slow with outmoded way of doing it. Rooms are clean, but shoddy, had trims falling off when I opened the cupboard doors. The showers are uncomfortable to get in and out of because of the...

Stayed on the 21st level, room was excellent. Staff were friendly. Only thing negative was the shared taxi rank outside. I thought they wouldve had their own taxi rank where their customers had 1st option and not share out on the street with the public.
