We stayed at Lanson Place Winsland nine years ago and were absolutely thrilled to be back. It underwent recently a thorough renovation. The apartments are modern and come in different sizes. Amazingly comfy and huge beds, modern and stylish furniture, state of the art appliances, What we especially noticed was the communal kitchen which gives long-term guests the opportunity to cook and/or eat together. There is a swimming-pool on the roof, a gym room and a courtyard with chairs. Everything is spotless. The location is truly amazing. It is off Orchard Street, big shopping malls like Orchard Central and Ngee Ann City (housing Takashimaya) are in walking distance, MRT stop Somerset is very close, a bus stop is in front of the house. The Hotel organises limousine service from and to Changi. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We can only recommend Lanson Place Highland. You won't regret it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Landon Place in Singapore with our little one. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our family felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a crib for our child, which was a thoughtful touch.The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions just a short walk or ride away. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, where we spent a lot of time. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to families traveling with children and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Singapore!

Me and my cat totally enjoyed our stay at Lanson Place. It was a last minute find as my house is going through renovation and faced some hiccups with my previous booking. All the service staff including the housekeepers were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Housekeeper, Letchmy has made us feel like our room is well taken care of. At one point my room’s sink kept choking and she has assisted to contact the technical team to help me fix it after she tried. Couldn’t be more appreciative especially staying alone and handling a pet is difficult. The room was kept clean and neat. The other service staff has also been very nice to us. First few days of our stay, my cat was under much stress due to the move but come to get used to the space and the staff there. Location wise, very convenient to town where I can get my groceries or even last minute snacks from shops that are opened 24/7.
Really enjoyed ourselves there. Thank you Lanson Place and all staff who attended to us. Will definitely come back for another stay and recommend all pet owners who are looking for a temporary place during house renovations or any moves.

Stayed here for 6 weeks as temporary accommodation on arriving into Singapore with a young family.
I couldn’t have got luckier with my assignment to Lanson Place.
It has the most loveliest team who create a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere for Children. Whether it is feeding the Koi, treats in the cook house or noticing it was my daughter’s birthday and arranging for cake and decorations - everything felt genuine and warm.

The place is incredible, a bit expensive, but incredible nonetheless. I stayed due to business for 1 month as a temporary stay but extended an additional 6 on my own dime because it was so suitable. Most notable is the proximity to Orchard and all it has to offer. A two minute walk puts you there in the middle of all the multistory shopping malls as well as prime bars like Alley Bar. The friendly staff definitely factored in to my lengthy stay, as well. They remember your name and give occasional gifts on holidays. They even remember your birthday. It’s like being with family. The regular cleaning service is phenomenal and the cleaning staff actually care. The woman cleaning my room saw that I didn’t have a hamper to hold my dirty clothes and so I arrived one day to see she had gotten me one. So, while expensive, the benefits of staying here were certainly worth it in my opinion. Booking is a breeze for long term stays and all of the rooms are nice. Would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault this accommodation. Modern, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows so comfy! All the amenities you need and the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The drop off location is a little unexpected so make sure you read the instructions from the hotel very carefully - this is the only potential pitfall of this hotel. But once you know where to go for drop off and pick up it’s extremely straightforward. Great location as well. The pool area could do with some more robust shade around the sun beds but is lovely in the right conditions Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our 1-year stay at Lanson Place has seen consistently helpful staff and efficient service. Location is another top attraction as it’s a 3-min distance from MRT and with numerous bus routes right in front of the apartment. It’s located at the quiet part of the city centre hence making just half hour commute to most parts of Singapore.

During my stay at Lanson Place Winsland in Singapore, I encountered a mix of experiences that shaped my overall impression. We booked a fairly large 60+ sqm apartment.
One of the first things I noticed upon arrival was a strong mold smell that permeated the apartment. This was quite overpowering and detracted from the initial experience.
The accommodation itself was spacious, featuring amenities as promised. The gym was also quite nice, with new equipment and pretty much always empty.
Unfortunately, the dryer was non-operational, which posed a significant inconvenience. Despite attempts to air-dry our clothes within the apartment for over 24 hours, they remained damp / wet. The reception staff kindly directed us to a laundrette with drying facilities, which was helpful, but it didn’t fully mitigate the inconvenience.
While the staff’s responsiveness was appreciated, the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price. Given these challenges, particularly the issue with the mold smell, I find it difficult to recommend this option.
I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving these aspects for a better guest experience in the future.

Dear ĂŤvar E Thank you for sharing your mixed experiences during your one week stay with us earlier this month. Our team remember assisting you with the dryer at the common launderette. However, we regret that we did not hear about the humidity or the moldy smell you have encountered in your apartment. Singapore is indeed a very humid and hot country, and it did not help that it has been alternating between rainy and sunny weather since last month. We have since procured more dehumidifiers to assist our residents through this wet and humid period. However, as loan of dehumidifier is upon request, we may not be able to provide them in every unit. However, your feedback is valuable to us and we will look into the feasibility of this provision. Our team also took sometime to identify the location of the picture you shared. Apparently, that is a corner of our air ventilation in our bathroom in the apartment you stayed in. The dark stains are actually the dust that were trapped as the air passes through the vents. We apologized that this was overlooked during the cleaning process. However, rest assured that those were not mold. We noted your feedback on the drying capacity of the 2-in-1 washer dryer machine in your unit. We will also look into the possibility of replacing such units with split units to get better drying results for our residents. Separately, we also noted your compliments on our spaciousness, amenities, newly equipped gym and our staff's responsiveness. Our staff is our greatest pride and asset here in Lanson Place Winsland, Singapore. Hi, the common kitchen is still relatively empty most of the time. We do clean the space everyday and it is also the responsibility of every user to clean up and keep things back in their original places after their use too.
