The room was filthy. It was totally disgusting. You could see thick piles of dust on the bathroom floor and in all the corners of the room. The countertops were sticky and the toilet was dirty. The provided slippers were also dirty even though they...More
Stayed 3 nights in a very compact singles room. The bed was literally one step away from the bathroom. Despite the size, it had all the amenities you need; hairdryer, iron, ironing board, security safe, water boiler, complimentary tea/coffee, all cleverly tucked away on a...More
Stayed one night in a compact room with bunk beds but it was really comfortable & very clean. Had some issues with the room door - the scan didn't seem to work very well but staff was always helpful. Great location! Surrounded by eateries, close...More
Good location, close to all main attractions. Easy access to a public transport. 7/11 is just at the corner. Room was clean but tiny (as almost everywhere in Singapore). Staff was nice. Pretty cool bed :) Deposit is required. Would recommend.
Stayed one night in the room with bunk beds. Tiniest room you can imagine but they are very creative with the limited space. Everything seemed to be falling apart in the room - bathroom door could not be slided, hanger hook behind the door was...More

You would need to contact the hotel if you wanted to pay them to transport you to or from the airport. I am not sure if they offer that service. It would be very expensive. If hotels provide a personalised transfer service you could pay SGD$60-100. I don’t recommend that as that option is a ridiculous high cost and not necessary.
Most people take a taxi which depending on time of day or night could cost between SGD$20-35. Or go to the Ground Transport desk at any airport terminal you arrive in and organise the shared airport shuttle service. It costs SGD$9 per adult. It’s a slow trip as they have to gather enough passengers, and drop everyone in the city at their hotels, you may not be the first dropped off. But it’s a very good door to door service. Details are on the Changi airport website, and you can even book it online.
Or you could get the MRT train which costs about SGD$2 but that option takes the longest. You get on the MRT train at the airport station, change stations at Tanah Merah station, that’s easy, you just cross over to the opposite platform and get on a city bound train. Then you stay on the train and get off at City Hall station. From there Hotel Kai is a few blocks walk away. Use Google maps or the gothere website which is a transport route tool.
