It was the best wedding anniversary we spent in Singapore.
Thanks to the meticulous consideration and service of managers Dana & Joo, I am creating memories that will last a lifetime. In particular, the chocolate cake provided as an anniversary service was as good as a hotel bakery :) The city view from the suite was truly impressive. I am writing this review carefully with a grateful heart.
Room Condition: My wife and I loved the modern and sophisticated interior and the beautiful city view through the full-length windows! In particular, the works hanging in the room made me feel like I was in a small gallery. There was a 68-inch TV in the living room and bedroom, so it was nice to be able to watch TV while eating delivery in the living room or while lying in bed before going to bed. However, Netflix/YouTube access or mobile phone screen mirroring is not provided, so we recommend bringing a separate HDMI cable. The closet was equipped with an iron/ironing board/safe, and it was nice to have plenty of hangers and storage.
Amenities: The shower gown was soft, comfortable, and not heavy, which was nice. There were plenty of towels of various sizes, so I was always able to use a dry towel after showering. Toilet paper is not the thin, rippable type, but rather thick, high-quality material. The room slippers were ordinary, but it was nice that they changed them every day. Shampoo, conditioner, and body shower were all of high quality so I didn't need to bring them separately. In addition, essential bathroom amenities were provided in a very meticulous and complete manner. (Hair dryer, shower cap, cotton swab, cotton pad, razor, shaving cream, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush)
Location: It's a little far from tourist attractions, but it's right next to the MRT station, so it's great for getting around by public transportation. And Little India and Arab Street are close, so it's good to see things on foot. The convenience store is conveniently located inside the hotel building, but please note that due to Singapore policy, alcohol cannot be purchased after 10:30 p.m.!
Facilities: There are two swimming pools, a small pool near the club lounge on the 18th floor and a main pool on the 6th floor. And on the 18th floor, there was a place called Pillow Lab where you could order a pillow tailored to your body type for a small additional fee. However, the bedding and pillow provided as standard were already so soft and good that I did not use them separately, but I think it would be good to use them for children as the pillows may be too high for children. There is also a currency exchange kiosk in the first floor lobby. However, the exchange rate is a little more expensive than at the airport, so it is best to use it only when you are in a hurry. I don't know much about breakfast because I haven't used it, but there is a small bakery in the lobby and the cakes are really, really delicious so I hope you try it!

I had an early flight and when I went to drop off my luggage around 9:30, they upgraded my room and checked me in, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the mattress was over 30cm wide, so I had a good night's sleep. The water area was equipped with GROHE, and we were able to take away the fatigue of the day with a hand shower and rain shower. It was my first time to have such a big and fluffy bath towel. The room was tastefully appointed with an illy espresso machine, TWG tea, Luzerne cups, SPIEGELEAU tumblers, and wine glasses. The staff was very attentive and I had a wonderful stay. thank you very much. I was a little worried because the location is in Little India and I'm not familiar with it, but my fears were completely unfounded; it has excellent access from the subway station, and there are Fair Price, KFC, McDonald's, and Sukiya in the nearby City Square. It was very convenient. (Please note that Fair Price alcohol sales end at 7pm) This hotel has the same feel as hotels in the marina area or Orchard, and we can recommend it without hesitation.

As a group of four ladies looking for a classy, relaxing & safe place to stay One Farrer delivered. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. The doormen with big happy smiles, the reception staff, the waiters in eateries & the domestic staff were all beyond compare. One Farrer instantly felt like home for the 10 days we were there. The rooms / suites are spacious, extremely well appointed, spotless & well designed. The beds were comfy, pillow s were clouds & the fluffy white towels, bathrobes & slippers added an extra touch. The auto blinds / curtains opening up to the Singapore skyline on entry to our rooms was a lovely touch. The casual lounge dining area where we ate most of our inclusive meals was a delight & the staff so so attentive & nothing was a problem. The other restaurants at One Farrer were always busy & the in house pastry chef…. Wow what creations & the taste was every bit as good as the eye appeal. The choice for swimming pools was amazing & the crystal clear blue water of the main outdoor pool was second to none. So clean, so lovely along with the plunge pools & spa pool even a gymnasium if you are that way inclined. This hotel was a very special find & we could not recommend it highly enough , An amazing holiday experience thank you One Farrer

The staff were kind and the service was very good. We've made Reservations for two rooms, so they've made room for us next door, and they've both upgraded to suite rooms. The room was clean and I was happy with the clean-up. The laundromat is for a fee, but it has a large capacity and a dryer, which is very convenient and helpful. Recommendations for long-term stays.
It is almost directly connected to the MRT station and you can get on the train without sleeping, so transportation is convenient.
Breakfast on the 6th floor was too crowded to eat slowly.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. On our first day we went to the buffet breakfast and when we went in we asked if they could accommodate gluten free for my wife. They said not today but with a day’s notoire they can. We decided to go anyway so I could at least eat with my daughter, even if my wife couldn’t. The walk to the buffet from that location was about 100m. When we got there someone said they’d arranged gluten free bread and it would be coming in a few minutes. This was a representative example of the frequent great communication and attention to our needs from the staff.
The facilities are great: we used the pool a lot and it’s huge and clean and relaxing. The laundry on level 16 was also very clean and did a great job of cleaning and drying all our clothes. At $20 for a wash and dry that’s pretty much the same price as the laundrette a few streets away in Little India.
We had a family suite and it was enormous. It was so great to have a whole separate second bedroom and bathroom and huge living area. The windows are floor to ceiling which means the room is so well naturally lit through the day. The views of the city if you get a room on that side are pretty good too, with glimpses of some of the skyscrapers on the northern side of the city.
The location is good too, right by a big shopping mall, next to a 24/7 emergency hospital, with a pharmacy and two 7/11s right there, and right over Farrer Park MRT.
The two biggest negatives are that the beds are a little firm, but no firmer than what is standard in Asia in my experience, and the hot water sometimes took a while to heat up in the showers and taps… close to three or four minutes of it running full pelt before feeling any warmth in the water.

I celebrated my bestie’s birthday at One Farrer Hotel, and it was my first time booking a suite. I chose this option because it included exclusive access to the Skyline Lounge on level 18, which I was eager to try.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted by automatically switched-on lights and curtains. The room was immaculately clean and well-stocked with amenities. There was a coffee machine, a mini bar with drinks, and TWG tea in the drawer. I was pleasantly surprised to find two separate toilets—one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The room also featured several paintings, adding to its charm. The view was breathtaking, with windows stretching across the entire room, offering stunning day and night views.
A sidenote for One Farrer Hotel: the online photos don’t do this room justice. It is truly stunning. ❤️
Moreover, the service was outstanding. The receptionist quickly answered all our inquiries, even helping us with the coffee machine early in the morning.
The staff, Malek at the Skyline Lounge were incredibly attentive, engaging with guests and ensuring our needs were met. We arranged vegetarian meals with him for both lunch and dinner, and the food was amazing. (Thank you, Malek!)
Our entire stay was extremely pleasant and memorable. Thank you to the team for making it a special occasion that is unforgettable.

we stayed a week in singapore. We stayed ina loft room. It is a great room. the bed is comfy, the bathroom, is clean and large. the upstairs loft is good to use. the location is above the one farrer station,, so you can get a lot of places without getting wet. there is a little cake shop downstairs that makes nice small cakes.
The room is serviced daily. The only annoying thing is the light switches are easy to turn on, however there are light on the hallway, that you can only turn off by turning off the master switch. the lack of powerpoints that are easily accessable in teh bedroom is annoying, However there are enough to get things done.

The One Farrer was our introduction to Singapore and it didn’t disappoint. For such a reasonably priced hotel at an expensive time of year my husband and I were very impressed. It’s the little touches like being presented with a cold water upon arrival and the location being within a 2 minute walking distance to the MRT. The pool area was amazing and we enjoyed our daily swims. The only points we thought were a bit strange was the lack of a bar and a restaurant for breakfast. I might be mistaken but it seemed that the only people that had bar and breakfast facilities were Sky Villa guests with club room access. We didn’t mind though. It meant we were out exploring and experiencing the local hawker centres. We’d definitely return to the One Farrer!

We checked in as a couple with an infant on June 2 and stayed for 6 nights. We booked a loft apartment.
Good things Great location, farrer park station on northeast mrt line. Many key stations like little India, Chinatown, clarke quay, harbour front way to Sentosa on the same line. Also walking, very near to Mustafa centre, little India etc. Housekeeping is great, in general the hotel is very clean and maintenance of rooms is very good also.
Bad things No in room dining Let's say you had a late flight and u checked in at 12 am in the hotel. You have no energy and you want some food, guess what you are out of luck They don't have any in room dining from 9 pm to 12 pm next afternoon. Previous to this, we have never been to 5 star hotel which doesn't have 24hr in- room dining. Also not mentioned anywhere online at time of booking.
Poor breakfast spread and rude staff The breakfast spread is extremely poor and the no of options on the menu are extremely limited. Over all the spread is comparable to a 3 star hotel in india. Also they make their guests sit in a conference room for breakfast, not a restaurant. Our infant was 22 months old, we had ordered an omlette for him which he couldn't eat, so we asked the staff to pack it for him so we can feed him while we were travelling the whole day. Staff refused and told us that take away was not allowed even for an infant because guests steal food and eat in their room.
We paid for our room in advance for 6 nights a sum of 150,000 inr , I mean do you really believe we will steal your 20 inr omelette. Height of stupidity and pathetic and rude behaviour. I personally refused to go to breakfast in the hotel the remaining days.
No complimentary or chargeable baby food Hotel refused to provide any milk, curd or anything even during limited inroom dining hours for our child on either a complimentary or chargeable basis. Here in india, 5 star hotels go out of their way and provide complimentary food like kichdi or milk for infants under 2.
Water quantity restricted Hotel restricts drinking water to 4 bottles per day. Singapore is hot and humid, sometimes after a long day you can get really thirsty. Again the fact that they would do this left a sour taste in our mouth.

After leaving Siem Reap I flew to Singapore for a few days and prior booked a short stay here. I took a taxi from the airport which cost about $25 Singapore. On arrival at the hotel I discovered it's situated right in the middle of Little India, next to the Holiday Inn. There is a large green apple sculpture at the entrance.
The receptionist was very helpful. I had to leave a deposit of $100 per night for the room on my credit card, but I don't have a problem with this. Provided you don't cause any damage you will get your money returned.
On arrival I was informed I could have a free upgrade to the Syline level on the 18th floor. Now I have a general fear of heights but was grateful fro the upgrade. It was only later that I discovered I had booked a place at a 5 star hotel. On my floor there was an indoor swimming pool, with a sky view restaurant over the city 20 yards down from my room.
As I entered the room it was dark but on opening the door, the lights came on, the curtains and blinds opened and the TV automatically switched on with a personal welcome attached to it. In the separate bathroom there was a deep bath with space for four, there were dressing gowns, and razors and other accessories by the large sink. There was a separate over head shower with accessories too. The loo was in a separate room and the seat was set high to accommodate those with seating issues.
The bed was king size with four very thick pillows and a dream to sleep on. There was also a sofa at the end of the bed, where you could sit and watch TV and a separate desk in the corner for anyone willing to work with internet connection. The views over the city towards the Bay Area were wonderful. The room was cleaned every morning and there was free water. I've never stayed in a place so magnificent for such little cost. When I checked out I was due to get a very late flight but the hotel had no problem with me leaving my suitcase there to collect in the early evening, at no extra charge.
As I explored the city I discovered there is a subway station, Farrer Park, right opposite the hotel. I decided to take the tube back to the airport at the end of my stay. It cost me about $3 for the trip from hotel to the airport on one of the best underground trains I have ever used.
