This is absolutely the best service hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Employees from all positions at this place were definitely top rated. Met the managers, Livia Choo and Law Siew Peng the 3 weeks my family and I were there and they were extremely polite, professional, helpful, gracious and kind. We were also treated as if we were family! Very cozy, clean and warm. Just want to take this time to say, “Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience”!

Room could do with updating. Room smelt damp from humidity despite dehumidifier in the room. Breakfast was poor with little seating and meager selection. Location was the best part, however we did here traffic noise,horns etc.

all were good, except in Restarurant for breakfast when I was offered just to take whatever fruits left over (???) After I raised my voice and told her that I WILL PAY for that and send the bill to my room only another lady came out and apologized and served me the fruit, I cant believe this can happen in Singapore.
