This was our 2nd stay , we previously came with the family a few years earlier. The location is fantastic as it is behind the Wisma Atria, it is 2 minutes walk to Ion Orchard and the MRT Station. Less than 5 minutes walk to Takashimaya. The staff are wonderful and friendly from the security staff to the desk staff. We had a problem with our air conditioning and they arranged another room for us . Love the ambiance of the main foyer and the pool is a great oasis in the heat of the day. Rooms are comfortable but they need updating as per parts of the buildings. Toiletries are provided. Also there is a welcome basket on arrival and there is a modest breakfast on weekdays. Recommend as a great place to stay.

Overall, I don’t think there is a reason why I would not recommend this place to anyone holidaying in Singapore. Check in process was efficient and informative. They were helpful in getting all our bags to the room. The room was clean and the welcome pack was appreciated. I would have liked more than 2 days worth of coffee in the room though. The bed was big and firm. The pillows were firm - I loved that. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The air con worked which is really important in Singapore. Breakfast was fine. Not lavish but met our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is great. Across the road from Wisma Atria and Ion Orchard as well as the MRT. Excellent location, very friendly and efficient staff and always ready to help with requests. Rooms are clean but need to be updated. Facilities are good and food was acceptable. However, lots of local and international food available within a 5 min walk from the lobby.

The hotel's location is very close to the shopping center and MRT. It is old but has a taste and facilities are clean. Experienced staff makes it easy. Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast. But we do not offer on the weekend.
