Nice capsule hostel! Clean, neat and comfortable. Location is great as well, walking distance to MRT station as well. But if you only can sleep in a quiet environment this might not be suitable as clubs are at the same street and it is a dorm with other travelers.
Good location: it's near the MRT and you can walk to Sentosa, Chinatown and also walk by the river too. Good staff: All of them are so kind to me. They give me the advice to travel solo and answer all of my questions. It's cozy and clean. They have a simple breakfast too.
Small capsules. Other guests come in or back in the middle of the night. Terrible behaviour. Rumour and noise all night long. It should be a dormitory. In reality you can not sleep there. Awful. There is nobody from the hostel staff to stop this. Never ever in such a location. Prefer locations with closed capsules. Besides it as cold as in a fridge there, because of the many ACs.
So when I started writing this review, I actually battled to think of anything positive to say about this hostel. The only positive comment I could come up with was that the common room was modern, clean and tidy. And now for the negatives... In my dorm room, I noticed that the duvet covers looked stained and unclean. I later saw that the ‘maid’ didn’t actually wash them before a new guest arrived! The staff were unhelpful, uninterested and unfriendly. There was zero privacy at the hostel. I’ve stayed in many hostels and I know to expect limited privacy but this was something else. There were cameras in the dorm rooms - something I’ve never seen before, so you were forced to change in the small bathroom at all times. I specifically requested a ‘female only’ dorm and I’m not…
Friendly check-in counter staffs, and nice to have breakfast everyday. You can have toast and juice. You can meet opnminded people and lots of friends there. And the location is also pretty convenient.
