After staying in some amazing hotels in Singapore this hotel wasn't really up to the same standard. We needed to spend another night near airport and this hotel was listed. When we got here the checkin was smooth. We asked for a room on the highest floor. There is only 3 floors. But there is also no lifts. So if...

Not at all like we expected room was below average and isolated. Reception staff were not great didn't stay and no refund offered. After a long international flight we were really disappointed so checked out and rebooked elsewhere.

Excellent hotel very nice receptionist greet us with a beautiful smile. Is a great place to relax have a cup of tea and enjoy the nature, people who love Nature will love it here. Breakfast is not that bad can see they are slowly improving for such a small hotel and a tiny kitchen they got 5 dish, fruits and...

we booked the Magnolia suite at the last minute over the Good Friday long weekend. The hotel building is a lovely white colonial style building in Changi, surrounded by lots of greenery. The room was very big (could have fit another king bed), looked clean but there were some dusty corners. No lifts here but we only had one day...

Spent the weekend in this wonderful hotel. Accessible by public transport but if you want to cut your travelling time, take a taxi in cause it takes about an hour (including waiting time) to get there from the nearest train station. The room was perfect and came in with all the necessities you need. The staff members were friendly and...

Raintr33 is great place for a weekender with my friends. We used their bikes to comb the Changi Coast early morning. Had a relaxing swim in the new pool (deck chairs not in yet) while some of our my friends did the BBQing next to the pool. View of hotel against pool at night is simply mesmerising. Will do another...

LONG REVIEW ALERT!! Here is why you shld consider staying at this amazing hotel: 1) The rooms, balcony and bathroom are HUGE. You could easily host a small party in one room (erm not sure if allowed, but definitely possible!) 2) Far from city life (may be a plus or minus for you..depends) 3) Staff are extremely friendly and always...

The restaurant management is appalling. A few months ago I came for sort of tea and no one was around to attend to me so I left. Yesterday I missed breakfast and she told me to come back tomorrow. Next day I did and lo and behold AFTER ordering from the Ala cart menu sat down then the chef came...

Our group spent several days here. The overall impression is of a place that aspires to be a top-tier hotel, but just doesn't have access to all the pieces to make it happen. The staff are friendly, and housekeeping is fairly efficient, but the rug smelled of mildew. There’s no elevator, but staff are available anytime night or day to...
