Stayed 2 nights with a friend. Nice clean room, and within reasonable distance to MRT Lavender Station. Friendly staff and very helpful. Didn’t booked for breakfast but lots of places to eat nearby. Definitely suitable for friends trip, but not for family with small children.

The room is very small. Need to climb ladder to reach the bed. But the room is clean and no lack of places nearby to get something to eat. Suitable for short stay. It is just that the air con is just next to the bed and you may feel freezing in the middle of the night and need to turn it off. Overall good.

Good location, comfortable bed, decent value. Provides hair dryer and free complementary snacks in mini bar. Shower door should be better - the sliding door does not close completely and it is fully transparent.

Me and my friends enjoy staying in Hotel Yan. We've prolly checked in at least 5 times there. Aside from the pleasant staff, relaxing interiors, and good location (as we love the range of food and drinks found in Tyrwhitt Road), we think the hotel has the best value for space and amenities. We also like being able to hangout and work at the lobby. Perfect for digital nomads or business travelers! Our friends who live in Singapore also find it convenient to visit and spend time with us there, which is a big plus for us.

For Singapore, worth the money, great location, easy to get a taxi or Grab, easy 10min walk to Lavender MRT station for easy access over the island, also shops and food places to eat. Great staff at all hours. 7/11 across the road and a number of hawker centres around for good local food. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but ok, room was clean and the AC was good, nice touch of having a small selection mini bar for free and replenished each day, also a nice felt toiletry bag to keep and take home. Tip for hotel, have a diet coke option in the mini bar. Tip 2, pay tv and other tv channels, tv was limited. For industrial chic, I would highly recommend this hotel in Singapore.

I usually stay in more expensive accommodation when in Singapore but prices were through the roof at the beginning of my last trip and so I thought I would experiment with more budget accommodation. The Hotel Yan did not disappoint. Well priced, small, clean but modern ("concrete industrial") rooms - I booked the slightly more expensive "Superior Double with Balcony" and would do so again. Double bed seemed a bit short which was fine, since I was alone on this trip. Will likely be cozy for 5' 10" / 6' or taller couple. On the one hand it is a bit off the beaten track, but on the other hand, since everything in SG is easy and close via transit, this is a good base from which to explore the city. Close to 2 mrt stations, lavender and bendermeer , itbonly take less than half an hour from changi airport to hotel. very new and stylist hotel. Facilities is new, great view from the lobby. You could find nice food and bars just next to hotel. Staff is helpful, will try thwir best to serve you.

Yan Hotel is located in a nice location, close to 2 metro station. I like to use Lavender station because the way to it is very quiet and with supermarket/restaurants. A very famous IG cafe is just next door. Hotel staff is very friendly, room is small but reasonable enough to its price. I love the amenity pouch they gave and appreciated for the full amenity provided. The only Con I want to mention is the floor is not clean, I can still see hair just right after i walk in. The bed and pillows are really comfy, I slept very well during my stay.
