Close to 2 mrt stations, lavender and bendermeer , itbonly take less than half an hour from changi airport to hotel. very new and stylist hotel. Facilities is new, great view from the lobby. You could find nice food and bars just next to hotel. Staff is helpful, will try thwir best to serve you.

Yan Hotel is located in a nice location, close to 2 metro station. I like to use Lavender station because the way to it is very quiet and with supermarket/restaurants. A very famous IG cafe is just next door. Hotel staff is very friendly, room is small but reasonable enough to its price. I love the amenity pouch they gave and appreciated for the full amenity provided. The only Con I want to mention is the floor is not clean, I can still see hair just right after i walk in. The bed and pillows are really comfy, I slept very well during my stay.

Excellent Location, Ambience, Staff and Service in a Budget. Room was a little congested .. ideal for solo traveller or couple with small luggages. Staff were extremely courteous and accommodative. Highly Recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and a good choice for a short stay, the lobby is beautiful and walking distance to MRT. The room is really small so wouldn't recommend it for a long stay, is not easy to deal with the luggage, bed is comfy as well as the pillows, the bathroom has all the ammenities you need: shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner (this is a plus!), body lotion, disposable razor, toothbrushes...

a great hotel for a short stay in Singapore. Located in a quiet quarter near to Little India. We were happy to walk the streets to city centre but some may prefer to take a taxi. The hotel is very modern with a quirky reception/lounge area and great use of polished concrete. Our only problem was room size. It was small even for a two night stay so would inhibit a longer stay where the need to fully unpack would be a problem. Very polite staff and good room rates

clean and the staff is very helpful. the room is small but very comfy. and all the amenities inside the room is so great. but in my room, they didn't take the rubbish bin from the guest before, but we dont really stay inside the hotel that much so its fine.

Good value. Small but clean rooms. Everything as advertised on website. Very helpful and efficient staff. Lobby is well equipped for reading and having a cup of tea which makes the small room more manageable. Slightly outside little India so not noisy, but plenty of good eats within 20 metres. Easy to get to MRT.

Although is rush business trip, but overall is good. I would give 8 marks out of 10. The TV channel is limited and room is small, room stuff is completed with toothbrush, towel, free snacks. I would suggest to my friends.

The customer service was excellent. Hotel is clean but the room was not confortable to sleep because the air conditioner vent was making noice and air coming directly to your face in the bed small room. And if turn off it was so hot. Also there were litle flyes mosquitos in the room.

Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Daily stocked snacks are a nice touch. Room is smaller than it appears in photos (stayed in Superior Double with Balcony View). Definitely balcony view, not functioning balcony. Not much space to hang clothes although two hangers are provided. Hot water only lasts for a 3-4 minutes during peak hours in the morning. Really odd, pre-payment in-full policy that is processed manually, not online, and it wouldn't accept a working credit card even after phoning bank to ensure success on my end. Ending up using an alternate card. Prices were on the pricey side but, to be fair, my stay of 5 nights fell over the Grand Prix weekend. Might stay again but have stayed in better accommodation in Singapore at this price-point.
