Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean and nice, but small. For a longer stay this wouldn't be my first choice. Calm area and not much noice. The staff was helpful, About 10min walk from MRT. Good Wifi.
<$20 from airport.
<$15 from Gardens by the Bay.
Local restaurants and coffee places within short walk. (Big fan of 27a Coffee at Lor 27a, Geylang)
Rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. Beds were soft and cosy with good air conditioning and ample bathroom sizes.

Only a short journey from Singapore’s sparkling and polished city centre, Geylang is a world away. Here in one of the least touristy areas of Singapore, visitors are privy to an unfiltered glimpse of Singapore life. On Sunday afternoons, migrant workers gather in Geylang to let off steam after a tough week. At the eastern end of Geylang Road, families and friends happily enjoy picnics. By contrast, at the western
end, a more colourful side of Singapore can be seen, as street workers mingle with Sunday revelers in outdoor coffee shops. Take a friend, grab a beer and a local meal (frog porridge, perhaps?), and settle in to enjoy the show.
