The owner welcome me to the hostel and show me around, they charge you extra if you don't bring your own sleeping bag. Can be a big cold at night. Free wifi in the living room. Close to the bus station and waking distance from city center. Big supermarket in the corner.

Great value for money. Sarina gave us great advice on where to visit during our 3 days in Pucon. Hostel is a short walk into town and very close to the Turbus terminal and a few different supermarkets. Whole place was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to avoid the pricier options in town. (Their waste recycling...

Hostelstaff was really friendly and helpful, they knew a lot about tourist attractions and recommended good places to eat. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed.. that being said, it was really small, we barely managed to get out luggage in. The walls are paperthin, so you can basically hear another person breathing upstairs. Also, we were promised to...

The staff were very helpful. They booked me a river rafting trip that picked me up from the hostel. The place is tidy and it has good Wifi in the main building. It is in a nice location and has friendly goats and dogs. It is very close to a supermarket about 200m and also not far to walk from...

We stayed at Elementos for 5 days in December. We really enjoyed our time there! The hostel is a pretty chalet, surrounded by a big garden. We stayed both in a shared room and in a private room. The shared rooms are located in the annex building. They are quite small but very clean. The private rooms are in the...

We had a matrimonial room with private bathroom downstairs. The room was nice and bathroom clean but it was right between the kitchen, the office and the common area so it was quite noisy most of the time. The staff were friendly but they organised BBQ at 11pm and had music playing till 2am which didn't really suit us as...

We're not typical hostel types as we're a middle aged couple in our 60s. To be honest I was a bit nervous having experienced the rather spartan conditions of youth hostelling in the 60s. On arrival we were welcomed in English (staff speak Spanish, English, German and probably some other languages) and shown to our room, Fuego, which has a...

What a fantastic place! We really enjoyed our stay - our room was excellent (so much natural light) and everyone at the hostel was really helpful. We booked our volcano trip through Joaquin and everything went very smoothly. Location is good - close to the bus station and supermarket, with a short walk into town. The kitchen is also very...

We stayed a week in the indoor camping, using our own sleeping bags. Very clean and tidy (especially when Paola is cleaning the rooms!). Good atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, with good knowledge of the area. They can arrange tour for a fair price. After check-out you can still use all the facilities until your bus is leaving and that's...
