Super nice place! It's a rare find inside the commercial town of Puerto Varas outstanding with attention to guests, coziness and price. Staff speaks fluent english and spanish, they are able to give you any information you need as a tourist. The hostel is located in the old building that breathes in the history. Cozy public space warms you with...

We arrived in Puerto Varas after a long bus ride from Pucon and Pierre, the owner, made us feel welcome straight away on our arrival. He was very helpful in helping us plan our stay and have us advice on what there is to do in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and the 5 bed dorm we stayed...

Nice, clean hostel on a good location, staff is friendly. Bring earplugs though, it can be noisy, since the rooms are situated around the communal area and the walls are thin . Breakfast is simple but enough.

I made a reservation via email the night before and I was told twice the bed was confirmed. When I showed up carrying all of my stuff, my reservation wasn't there and the person I spoke with wasn't either. After waiting 20 minutes for the person I had communicated with, the person came, realized the bed meant for me was...

A large, beautiful house that felt like home - a big kitchen with lots of utensils and a lounge with movies to enjoy with fellow travellers. 3 share bathrooms so one always available. Pierre the owner was very welcoming, full of suggestions and maps.

We ( 2 adults and 3 children) stayed in the large dorm room for 4 nights. Each bed has a proper rucksack size lockable trunk. The beds are warm and comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, and the general feeling of the place is homely. The kitchen, while small, is well-equipped: at last, a hostel where there are enough utensils...

The hostel is located close to town, supermarkets and sights. The staff are lovely and couldnt do enough for you, she helped us sort out a great plan for our full day and then recommended a hire car from just around the corner. When it came time to leave, she was happy to organise an airport transfer and hold our...

Warm, comfortable and SPACIOUS rooms (especially for a dorm!), lockers big enough for a backpack in the rooms themselves. Wooden floors (pleasant), friendly staff, filter coffee for 300 pesos. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Such a nice hostel! Me and my boyfriend stayed here two times. The first in a private room and the second in a dorm. The second time we arrived really late around 00:00 and it was no problem at all, as long as you let them know beforehand. The rooms are clean and warm and the beds are super comfortable....

I stayed here twice while touring around the lakes region and Patagonia and it was definitely a great pick. The hostel is small, super clean and quite cozy (the wooden stoves that heat the rooms make it more special). The owner is there making sure things work fine. They offer tours around the region (Kayak, Carretera Austral, hiking) when the...
