We booked this hotel unseen as the resort was busy so needed somewhere as we were travelling by bike. First the bad points; the walls between the room are paper thin and we could hear everything from the room next door and above. Next door had a TV on until late and when they turned it off there was noise...

For it's class I give it an enthusiastic 5 stars. I stayed at the Germania prior to coming here, which was a good hotel, but I would have preferred it if I had stayed at Ignacia Villoria the whole time. My room, #5, had this incredible view of the bay - the hotel sits atop a hill. The cost was...

We booked this hotel for three nights online, with bedandbreakfast.com which stated to include all taxes in the price. Upon arrival when paying the balance of our accommodation the hotel stated that they will only wave the 19% tax charge if you pay in US cash. Ridiculous. The double room we had was very clean and spacious with good decent...

Preaty small family hotel. Very clean. Large rooms. Very good breakfast. Center of town. Good value for money. Do not speak English. A very steep up hill waking, so maybe a limit for some people. I liked this place although I hardly speak Spanish. They have done their Brest with google translate.

This hotel is a small pousada with breakfast included. It is a very short walk from the main area and the local bus stops where you can travel to Osorno and the Petrohue falls. It is also a short cheap taxi ride from the main bus station. The rooms are quite spacious and the staff are very accommodating and helpful.

We had 2 rooms on the ground floor. The location, on a hill overlooking the lake and el centro is ideal. We were given a friendly greeting in the breakfast room which has a great , big picture window overlooking down town. Our room had no heating though there were plenty of blankets. Because of the constant dampness of the...

This hotel is right in the middle of Puerto Varas. Because of its location on a small hill it still is a bit secluded and has a nice view over the town and the lake. There is a communal terrace from which you can enjoy the view. Room nr. 5 was very light with windows in two walls and with...

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to Bariloche. Hotel is old, but is clean and tidy. The lady that runs the hotel is really lovely and helpful. Our room was huge, and we could see across the town to the lake and had a peak of the volcano. Breakfast is included, its very basic croissants,...

Small and friendly hotel recommended in the Rough Guide book to Chile. Run by very helpful lady. 2 minute walk into town and the beautiful lake overlooked by the snow-capped volcano of Orsono.Comfortable rooms at very reasonable price with a good breakfast included. Shame that they had built a block of flats to obscure the view of the volcano. Great...
