This was a great place to stay in Santiago. It has great security, is in a great location that makes it extremely easy to get around, has staff available to answer questions 24/7, there's a nice little handcraft shop right there on site, a nice cafe to get a cup of coffee or snack, and a wonderful breakfast in the...

Enjoyed our two days here. Interesting old building, lots to look at. Very good breakfast. Easy walk to central areas. We asked for a quiet room but unfortunately other guests weren't considerate about notices asking for quiet after 10pm. After two sleepless hours listening to loud chatter and braying laughter, I went down in my PJs to ask them to...

This hostal is well located, near restaurants, a subway station, and within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were two people in a four-bed room, so there was a lot of space. The floorboards on the room above us were quite squeaky, though.

We stayed here twice over Jan/Feb 2017 bookending our trip to Chile. The Hostal has friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable well decorated rooms and generous breakfasts to start the day. The location offers easy access to Santiago amenities.

I stayed here for 2 nights in February, 2017. My clean, attractive room has a wooden floor, 3 windows, a queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables, and a small desk with a chair. The bathroom has a walk in shower and good hot water. There is a fan, but I have not needed it even though the temperature outdoors has...

the staff was very courteous and helpful . With their limited english and my limited spanish we were able to get good indications on where to go . The room was clean , overlooking a busy avenue; Vicuna Mackenna. The breakfast included was somewhat simple but still enjoyable . we had to sleep with the outside doors open to let...

We stayed here for a few nights, part of a two week birdwatching tour where the organizer arranged all accommodation, so every check-in was a surprise. This place didn't disappoint. It's a great spot for exploring downtown Santiago, a vibrant city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, pointing out all of the local amenities and spots of interest, and...

Using Santiago as a base for travelling around Chile, we booked four nights at this lovely hostal. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but tidy and well maintained. During the last two nights we stayed in a different room on the third floor ( the four nights were broken up because we also spent two...
