When we arrived I could not believe what we were told. I made a reservation for a special room the 106, this one was the best they had I was told. I made the reservation 3 months! ahead. When we arrived we were told they had given away the room to someone else, even the fact given that I gave...

Chill atomosphere, good wifi, good music, great view and area. Theres some compensation for the lower price of coarse yet its worth the lower price for me. Overall good stay. Staff at least tries to help and speaks a resonable amount of english. Theres a place to dry your clothing. They have a list of things you can do around...

We turned up a bit earlier than expected after a long journey and they made great efforts to get our rooms ready. However, the downsides: it is noisy. But the main two reasons for the low...

The hostel is in a great location, right on the main plaza with amazing views over the city. However other then that this place is not good! The bathrooms itself are very old, dirty and outdated. Also the dorms, while in big rooms, are dirty and the beds are not ver comfortable. This was the first hostel I stayed in...

Really great location, just a step away from the metro and right in the city centre. The staff are very helpful and there are always plenty of activities. Quite reasonable prices and quite clean. Elevator is a bit out of date but the lovely views of the plaza and Santiago make up for it!

Very friendly staff, who like to talk with you and hang around, show you places and help you with whatever you need. Great location, in the middle of the center, with a nice errace on the rooftop with a beautifull view in plaza the armas. Highly recommended for travellers, we had a great stay there!

(the elevators have gentlemen in them to push the buttons for you!) My room was big, had a double bed, and a small...
