“cheap and with everything u need, but i would look up for something else before booking here again” awesome old building and good on you to the people who restored it. Bigger potentials. Could be ran in a better way.

Wouldn’t let me get my water bottle in the middle of the night. Not very nice and seemed unnecessary. Unfriendly service and there’s steep prices on water, so didn’t wanna buy one from their reception.More

Dear guest, Sorry about that, the person that was that night at the reception is not working with us anymore. Like you saw the Kitchen closed from 11 pm until 7 am. But we sell spring water at the reception and is almost the same...More

Great stay at the hostel, great reception area and bar. Swimming pool and table tennis in the rear garden add to the atmosphere. Large kitchen which is easy to use. Overall a great stay in Santiago, would highly recommend

Location is great and the hostel is a great size. Rooms are big. Beds are relatively comfy but blankets provided are disgusting and obviously never washed . Decent bar with a good atmosphere at night. Staff were dreadful when we were there. Friendly but hadn't...More

Hey! I don't know if they'll answer on here. Try their email! The manager, Son, is very responsive. They take a lot of volunteers but they are often full. Doesn't hurt to ask, though. Great place.
