We stayed 2 nights prior to a cruise and found the location perfect, We were able to walk around to most of the attractions and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 22nd floor was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again for sure if in Santiago again. We did experience an earthquake though!!!

We had to move from nearby "Suites" which were totally unacceptable and were very lucky to get the last room here. The 24hr reception was very friendly and informative. The room was light, airy with A/C and impeccably clean, which as with all suites the room is very small and does not have a kitchenette, but then after an excellent...

During 2 visits we could experience 3 different rooms. Hotel have 4 floors - 19-22. 1st room was 2202 (corner room). This room is comfortable with kitchen and fridge. View is unbeatable - you can see Andes. And additionally on the roof there is a swimming pool which we used and sunset from the roof was unforgottable. Next room was...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is great you are walking distance to the subway so it's easy to get around Santiago. For security reasons, the main door leading to the avenue is closed during the night, to leave only one access through Amunátegui street. This is informed at check in. We have more than 5 different internet signals available to ensure the connection for our guests.

We are sorry for the inconvenience in the room change. This kind of inconveniences are not common, but thanks to the quick action of our staff, this was solved. There are at least 3 restaurants around the hotel: LimaLimón, Peruvian food Itallissimo, Italian food Torres, Chilean and international food Always ask for delivery sistems on front desk.

Hotel was in a convenient location for public transit and a 15-20 minute walk from the downtown core, San Telmo and good shopping. Small grocery store just around the corner too. Nice kitchenette and seating area in the room with a bed in the loft and washroom up there as well. WiFi in the room was good and the central...

A hotel I would absolutely return to! It's only a short walk from the Alameda bus terminal which is the terminal stop for the airport shuttle. It's walkable to the historic district (Palacio Moneda, Plaza de Armas, etc) and within 100m of the metro. The room had a fantastic view of the city centre. Breakfast provided was plentiful.

Clean, tidy rooms and great breakfast which include juice fruits and yogurt. It is walking distance to the centre of Santiago where you can find most main attractions. Staff are nice and helpful. It is a bit hard to find the location during night time but overall i will recommend it to everyone.

We appreciate your excellent comments. The main entrance always closes, every night, around 10 at night. The entrance, after that hour, will be by the street Nueva Amunátegui.
