The staff there is unparalleled. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are fairly small, but comfortable. There living areas and a breakfast room to relax outside of your room. The offer a nice complimentary cold breakfast along with custom crepes. Through the day there is coffee and tea available. On a quiet street in the Providencia area.

The Meridiano is a little haven of peace! We were given the warmest of welcomes by the charming staff and owner of this pretty, small hotel which feels more like a lovely home. So much so, that we changed plans and came back early from Valparaiso and had our last night in Santiago at the Meridiano! The family room on...

A charming, perfect little hotel, recommended by friends for our first trip to Santiago. We can't wait to return. Booking and email communication beforehand was easy - our April stay stretched over tricky Easter and census public holiday period and the little hotel team could not have been more helpful with advice so our holiday was smooth and very enjoyable....

From the warmth of our arrival with Frank this turned out to be an ideal base to explore the city. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and in easy walking distance of the Metro with a great sea food ( and other dishes ) restaurant, El Ancia conveniently located very close by. Our room was not large but perfectly adequate with...

A very sweet nice little hotel. The people could not have been nicer or more helpful in making our stay in Santiago a success. The hotel was an easy walk to most of what we wanted to see, plus there were cute restaurants right in the the neighborhood.

Staff very friendly, room excellent with comfortable bed and good bath/shower. Air conditioning in room. Safe and secure courtyard area perfect for early evening. Breakfast is good, honesty box snacks. Location good to reach main areas of city by walking, bus or metro.

Family Room (double and two single beds) was just what the family needed after a long flight down from the mid-Atlantic US complicated by a 6 hour delay in Miami. Friendly staff. Simple but adequate breakfast bar. Walkable to restaurants, drug store, etc. Reminded me of small family-run inns in Europe. Would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel was our first stop on a 2 week tour of Chile. It was lovely with wonderful staff, clean cozy rooms and a nice continental breakfast. The patio was lovely for breakfast and resting in the evening. I would definitely return.

Location: Good location in Providencia area of Santiago which is safe with lots of places to eat (except Sundays!) and close to the Metro. Hotel: Nice boutique style, eight rooms with a pleasant courtyard. Communal lounge area with books and films. Room: We stayed in room seven and this was the reason for the three star rating. The rooms are...

We had just spent a week in a room that was amazingly huge and had stunning views, so when we checked in here, we were a little shocked at the size of the room. However, that shock was quickly gone as the staff was absolutely amazing and all we really did in our room was sleep. In all honesty, the...
