First of all, location, location, location. It's a few steps from the best places to eat in Santiago. Also the fact that it's an apartment at a very low price, makes it unbeatable. The breakfast was great. Highly recommended. Overall, it was a great stay.

Overall this was a good hotel and at a great price with a nice free breakfast (which was hard to beat for the money). Location was good and easy to catch a taxi wherever we needed to go. The noise level was the only complaint about our stay at night, you could hear a lot from the street (luckily I...

Great hotel for a great price in a very good spot in Santiago. The Hotel may be a bit dated, but the quality of service and location near many restaurants, subway, and stores makes it a great choice to stay. Comes with a great complimentary breakfast. We will stay here on our next visit to Santiago.

I have stayed here twice now, whilst travelling on business. Friendly enough staff. Great location, love the area. But for goodness sake clean the rooms thoroughly and give the rooms a new lick of paint. Hairs all over the floor and the walls scuffed everywhere. Providencia area is great, cafes bars shops, wonderful.

I was only here a couple of nights and was happy with the random choice. The outside and fabric of the building shows it's age, and breakfast in cafe next door seemed a temporary arrangement though it did mean it was one of the more substantial breakfasts I had. The area is also being updated. There was an attempt to...

We (family of four) had an early arrival in Santiago from an overnight bus ride and one night to spending before departing. We planned to stay and another hotel (which will go unnamed) in the neighborhood with availability, but when we arrived at 7AM, the lone receptionist was quite rude. Despite the fact that we were planning to book 2...

Perfect location, clean rooms, reasonable price. Poor breakfast service. Poor front desk service: central heating was too high making difficult to sleep, I called and they said it was impossible to lower... Next day I claimed again and the technician solved it.

Terrible hotel, poor service, horrible decoration, small smelly rooms, outdated. Definitely should be avoided. Breakfast is ok, but everything else is just forgettable. The service is lacking, you can ask for things many times and never get them. I needed an electrical adaptohave r, a basic in any hotel in the world, they just did not have any. Walking the...

Yes, other reviewers are right that the upkeep is a bit spotty, and it's also dated and a bit drab, and the wheelchair ramp would be useless for anyone who needs one (like many in Chile, unfortunately), but overall, I really liked this place, and would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone. The Ritz Carlton it is...
