The plan was to stay here 3 times on this trip and reservations were made by our agent with plenty of time. This hotel is in a good area and in walking distance to Costanera Centro Mall. The first two nights we noticed that the mattress tops were slanted toward one side but we rested OK. The rooms are really...

Our tour company booked the two night stopover here before travelling to the port to embark on our cruise, location wise it's great. They need to seriously address a few points if they are to get good reviews going forward. Our room had a broken chair, bed cover with holes in it, broken rail in the bathroom along with an...

This small hotel is in a good area and in walking distance to Sky Costanera. The rooms are basic and small at 15m2. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well and quiet. The floors are timber so squeak a lot when walking. People walking up and down the hallway are easily heard. In our room the toilet seat was...

This is a strange hotel.... Its quite old and the rooms looks like they are in old houses. The room itself is very basic - no chair, a tiny fridge, and bathroom and toilet are oddly placed. Hot water takes forever to come thru, but that is normal for santiago. The staff are very friendly, though noisy in the mornings....

This very nice hotel occupies two buildings in the residential Providencia neighborhood. Because the hotel is comprised of building that used to be private homes the layout of the room was a little funky (the shower was separate from the sink and toilet) the king size bed was comfortable. Up front was an excellent restaurant that was really a meeting...

The hotel is located in s very nice residential neigbourhood and is safe to walk on the street at night time. About 15-20 min walk to subway station, supermarket, restaurants, McDonald and shopping centers. Hotel staffs are helpful. Not too much varieties on breakfast but taste good and fresh.

We stayed here 3 nights and found the location to be a short walking distance to the subway from where you can get anywhere you want in Santiago. The hotel is located in the Providencia area of Santiago and it is a safe mostly residential area. The front desk staff were very accommodating in helping us with directions, restaurant recommendations...

I stayed two nights in this hotel located in the Providencia district. The transport with public taxi (black taxi with yellow signboard) costs 20000 Pesos (about 30$). Apparently a shared taxi costs less (about 10$) but I did not use it. The hotel was very clean, the staff is professional and was very helpful to me because I had some...

This hotel is in a nice part of Santiago and is good value for the price. Ask for a quiet room in the back if you have come off a long flight. The breakfast kept us going all day and was quite good. The best part of the hotel is the staff, particularly on reception. Nothing was too much trouble,...
