I discovered Infinity Suites by using Hotels.com. This was my first experience beside staying at a hotel, I had a suite with other utilities to use. It is nice, located in near by metro station and connected to downtown.La Moneda is close as well. I recommend this place, but I don't know if they still have apartments on hotels.com. One... More

Such a great place to be! The neighborhood is just fine. Santiago its a easy place to get around Too bad the ´night´ starts so late. Even though it was nice. The airport was organized and people are nicer than in Brazil (Brazilian speaking here)

I am writing this at 1am unable to sleep for the third night in a row because of loud music and constant lights shining into the room. The curtains don't fit the window so the security light from the car park shines on my face every time a car comes in. The room faces out onto a central courtyard of... More

The apartments them selves are in a great location and the staff is freindly and helpful once you get the right person. The reception in the Lobby can not help you you need to go to their office upstairs. My fahter and I rented a two bedroom apartment. the rooms were large and there was a working TV and small... Overall I liked this apartment and although the people on the front desk did not speak English they were okay. My first experience was not good. I arrived very late at night (as my plane was late) and found there was no apartment for me. I was walked down the middle of the street by a very large gentleman at... More

Basic apartment with amenities in a good location. Staff were unhelpful and mostly unfriendly. It was difficult to obtain any information about Santiago and surrounds. If first time to Santiago would recommend staying in a hotel or hostel. Felt very isolated in this apartment. Felt more like a nuisance to reception staff who couldn't speak English. The staff who could,... More

You enter door 840 and wait for the receptionist on 10th floor to bring you up to check you in. Infinity by Ameristar does not own the whole apartment, they probably own a few here and there in the whole block. The receptionist was very friendly, and although our spanish (and his english) wasn't that great he definitely made an... More

Location of this suite can't be beat. It straight at the end of London Street which is a quint little area. Our room was on the 6th floor of about 12 floors and looked out into a courtyard. Because of the small size of the courtyard, air flow was not so great and with no air conditioning, the room was... More

Terribly noisy & dirty floors, dust all over, filthy rugs, terrible smell! For sure that apartment was not ready!! To get the coffee maker was a big hassle, no proper kitchenette set up -1 pot no lid, no cork opener, forget about serviettes or proper set up, spare beds are a foam mattress set on wood sticks. Concierge has no... More
