Stayed there for 5 nights in 4 different apartments so I wanted to share my experience which in general was more positive than initially expected. Before going there I read some negative reviews about this place and at some point I was even considering cancelling and choosing another accommodation, now I'm glad that I didn't and trusted the overall rating....

We booked for 4 nights in advance but wished we hadn't. We arrived late and first thing the next day we went to the office and told them about the problems we had. The workers on the building next door could look directly into the bedroom and there were no curtains on that window. They could actually see the bed...

I booked this place based on the comments and to crash a few nights. It was fairly close to the metro station, the cleanliness and comfort level was just regular and the customer service not great. The person who recieved the key barely looked up from her conversation with her mother. I will not be going back.

Maybe the staff communication / culture was too different to mine to have a high understanding level. My Spanish is perfect, so this was not a question of the language. This had to be a cultural reason on the background. The placement can be FINE, but before taking the Apartment you get, make sure of the following list of things:...

We had just one day in Santiago and shared a split level loft apartment with 3 others. The apartment had enough space for us all. It was clean. Fernando had some suggestions on walks in the area........but best of all he sorted out a cancelled flight that had not been re-confirmed. (The original airline had no record of our booking,...

The apartament was clean, close to the subway, with a nice kitchen, bedrrom and bathroom. I have nothing to complain! Very good considering the price we paid! I would stay there again if I come back to Santiago.

There are many apartments to rent in this large apartment complex and we booked ours through Booking.com Excellent location in the centre near the metro and supermarket around the corner in the Lastarria barrio.Lots of really good restaurants and cafes. It had a comfortable bed, tv and wi-fi. The apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and sheets every...

The apart-hotel is located in central Santiago, within walking distance to most major attractions and areas. It's in a safe building and is easily accessible from the 2 streets (Huerfanos and Merced) with security and a buzz gate 24/7 on one side (Merced) and a front desk with security at night on the other (Huerfanos, this is the street the...

We booked this apartment through a booking site adding a special request that as our flight was arriving at 4.00am could we have an early checkin or leave our luggage. I then emailed the apartment owners themselves repeating the question. I received no reply to this email. After taking what seemed like hours to get through immigration and customs we...

Overall really liked this place. Everything was new and modern. Had a kitchen and small dining area which was nice. I actually really liked having the duplex - made the place feel like a home. The staff was really friendly and they provide luggage storage if you need to leave your things before or after checkout. There is a roof...
