We arrived at the Hotel Loreto reasonably early in the morning after a 12 hour flight from Sydney. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke very good English which was a relief after having arrived at the airport to find that the arranged pick up vehicle wasn't there. We were shown to our rooms which were on the third...

Just as described for our stay in Late March. Beds were comfy. Balconies were small but cool and quiet. Great English speaking staff. Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Very accessible to Metro and downtown sites and restaurants. Made reservations online without difficulty. Was able to check in early. Wi-fi was excellent.

Five of us stayed at your hotel prior to a cruise. I would stay again and would recommend to others. It was a quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They communicate well in English. The location is near the subway which is easy to use. Many nice restaurants are near as are some tourist attractions. I can...

Nice little hotel. No elevator for those who can't do stairs. Great ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of some great food and shopping. Good location. However, beware a scam going on outside the hotel. Someone shoots you with something that smells and feels like bird poo-then a woman runs up to offer assistance with napkins. In the...

We arrived in Santiago on an early flight so we were unable to check in, but they held our luggage while we explored the city. This hotel is located in an interesting part of the city which looked abandoned when we arrived in the morning, but many restaurants and bars opened later in the day. It's location as convenient to...

Room too small with no closet nor dresser nor any place to put suitcase. Very nice staff; flexible check out and held suitcases. Attractive finishes and beautiful terrace setting. OK breakfast with lots of nice and varied fruit.

Lovely little hotel in the tourist part of the city. The rooms were clean and well furnished and the bathroom was good if a little small. Rooms overlook a small courtyard at the back and are pretty quiet but ground floor rooms are quite dark.

I'm just back from two weeks in Chile and Argentina, and this was by far the best all-around hotel of the trip. Because of some scheduling conflicts related to the work portion of our trip, my colleague and I had the chance to see a good bit of Santiago city. We agreed that the location of Hotel Loreto just couldn't...

Hotel Loreto is in Recoleta, a fun, funky, artistic area, close to the city, within walking distance of Patia Bellavista, a great collection of restaurants and bars. It is a boutique hotel-very clean, comfortable bed, smallish bathroom, but the staff are fantastic-very friendly, can't do enough for you-a really pleasant place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants. The location was great and we wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay there again.
