After a long exhausting flight the staff at the Hotel Loreto made us feel welcome. The hotel is situated in the Art District of Santiago and it is easy to get to shopping and dining. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and seemed very sincere in their efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was...

Decided to stay here after contacting hotel by email to see if they could accommodate early arrivals. Melisa was quick to respond, met my needs, and was able to offer a non refundable rate that was as good as any third party I'd found, even when booking direct. When we checked in, we were given a great bottle of Chilean...

Friendly smaller hotel with very helpful staff near the river and art gallery. Older style inside, good breakfast, TV, good showers, and a shuttle is available (fee). A number of restaurants walkable. Free wifi

We stayed here on a whim, and it was the best decision of our trip. The staff is SO personable and always available to help whenever they can. There is a good breakfast (with great coffee). The rooms range in sizes. We booked a junior suite I believe and it was amazing and spacious with a really nice bathroom. Loved...

We were there for only two days, but it was a perfect stay, from the great location to the outstanding front desk staff. They could not do enough to for us! It is only a four black walk to the river, the subway, and the National Museum. They have this great roof deck as well as an outside patio....and the...

Hotel Loreto is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are air conditioned and are very clean and comfortable. It's in a great area of the city, just a few blocks from Patio Bellavista and close to a metro station. I will definitely stay there again if I get a chance to return to Santiago!

If you are looking for a high end place to stay then this isn't it. Mid range, affordable, quiet with very friendly and helpful staff in a good location. Breakfast was plenty good enough (apart from the coffee!) I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Santiago but was much happier at the Loreto as it was relaxed and friendly.

The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. They speak good english and helped us book tours and told us where we needed to go for the things we asked. The rooms are small but very clean. It is in walking distance to just about everything. Its very secure and safe. Definitely staying here again.

Stayed for one night in January and thought the hotel was a good value. Staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. Lobby was clean and bright. Rooms were on the small side but I didn't feel cramped at all. Location was also good for a tourist. Easy to walk around and check out the nearby sites. Overall highly recommended.
