We stayed there in February, 2010. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite. Location is alright, very close to Providencia avenue, where there is a park between the two lanes. It's worth mentioning that the best restaurants seemed to be a bit far from the hotel, but it was not a problem because we felt safe walking...

Stayed in the hotel for one night in a single room. Not enough space to even open a suitcase, half a bathroom too small for 5 ft 7 person, no hairdryer or iron, the phone in the room not functional. A room probably more suitable for a child. The carpets are pitch black and not sure when they were steam...

We made our reservation through booking and it was not respected on the front desk, otherwise had a rather nice time there, as we only were there to rest. Stayed over Xmas for almost 6 days. Hotel is nicely located a block away from bus and metro station. Convinience store around the block and drugstores just on the parallel street,...

Staying here during December 2013, staff have been so helpful and welcoming, allowing me to check in early after a long flight. simple and spotless room, Wi-Fi has been fantastic and fast and whilst the weather is very hot, the air con in my room has kept me cool with a good nights sleep

Have stayed at hotel numerous times. The staff cannot be beat. Showed up at the hotel after the 2010 earthquake at 5am and they had a room for us. We stayed that day and the following night and were only charged for one night. The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. Close to Bella Vista and a nice...

This hotel was organised by our travel agent for a quick 24 hour layover! Situated in a decent area with nice restaurants nearby within walking distance (try Asia Lima for dinner)! The reception staff are miserable, not really interested in conveying any information. The lift worked (old school) which was a plus as we were on the 3rd floor. There...

When we arrived, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage all the way up to the third floor. None of the staff helped us. The elevator broke down almost every day during our stay. If you can't stay elsewhere, splurge on an executive room - more spacious and seemingly of newer accoutrement than the others. I stayed for three nights. The place is in some disrepair, quite dirty in public areas and the level of service - really, the attitude of the front-desk personnel - verged on abysmal. The impression they gave was that...

“Rooms at the second floor are quite small, so are the closet and the bathroom. But if you are looking for a place just to spend the night, this could be your option. A/C is quite noisy, so you should ask for a room with a modern A/C. We had a room with a view to the inner garden, so it was nice. Eliodoro Yañez street is a quite busy street, so if you want a nice rest, avoid rooms with view to the street.”
