Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. I looked forward into climbing into those crisp white sheets every night. The hotel has a great location - close to the subway, buses and taxis. Restaurants and shops abound. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful; answering questions, making dinner reservations and calling around to golf courses. As to the...

Don't Stay here if you want a good night sleep, or check first what nights the local disco is operating. The beat goes on until 3-4am making it impossible to sleep in the back rooms of the hotel, wouldn't matter which floor/level and we were there on a Monday night. We had to ask to relocate at 1.00am. The staff...

From DH: Stayed on and off for 6 days total in January. Room was simple, but nice. On a fairly quiet street and if you're facing the back during the week it is dead quiet. The problem is on the weekend in the back - there is a nearby disco that will rock the room until 4am. It was physically...

Stayed at the hotel for a little over a week. Felt like I was coming ‘home’ at the end of each day. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially kitchen staff (especially waiters) and bellboys. Kitchen staff (including waiters) went out of their way to accommodate for my particular diet. If you need a good night sleep, make sure you book a...

The hotel was clean and simple, the hotel restaurant is OK and the hotel is located near several cafeterias. I notice some noise the bathroom but during the day at night I did not hear it. Staff was polite specially the concierge.

Good location near restaurants and subway. Nice area however the street at the rear of the hotel has a number of night clubs. It was quite noisy and we were concerned when there were ear plugs provided on the bedside table. However when we complained the next day we were moved immediately into a suite at the front of the...

We stayed three nights in this hotel and we are generally satisfied. We booked it by Gtahotels.com at reasonable price 125 USD per double room including breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located at the quiet street, very short walk to the subway station. From the roof floor, where is located small swimming pool and jacuzzi, is panoramic view on the...

Quiet street in Providencia close to restaurants. Rooftop pool is tiny but has nice views. Rooms are comfortable and in our case quiet. Beware of hotel arranged taxis with inflated flat rates. Meter taxis are cheap and plentiful.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in November before our cruise, leaving from Valparaiso. The location is perfect. We felt very safe and there are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The best part of this hotel is the staff. The reception staff are the best I have ever encountered. So friendly and knowledgeable. We would...
